To me, naturism is an attitude. You don’t have to spend every hour you can do naked. Being a naturist is about how you think & feel about being naked.  May that’s the item what separates a naturist from a simple ‘naked person’. Without clothes, people tend to rely on their personalities to make a statement and accept others for who they are, rather than what they might be wearing. The bare facts don’t hide anything. It’s interesting to see the variety of bodies and to realize that all have a beauty of their own.  

Why you should go naked more often? Nudity is natural. We were born that way and as much as possible, we should roam that way. Nature was not meant to be experienced clothed. 

Get the nude passion too - once if you start, you would never stop. 

💥 Be happy, have more fun. No one wants to be sad and depressed. Can you really have a bad time when voluntarily nude? Nudists can deny ;-) they are  comfortable with their own body, they just don’t let sorrows over run their life. They ‘ve learned to live in the present moment and cherish it.  For sure … happiness is one aspiration all people share even nudists.

💥 Why stay dressed when we’ve got a better option to beat the heat? Be simply yourself. Promote the liberation. Nudity is liberating and even it enhances the senses! It helps us regulate our temperature a lot better than clothing does…

💥 Skin is always in style! Our birthday-suit is not only much more comfortable, it is also more beautiful and cheaper than any other garment. We do not need designer wear to improve our self-confidence, clothing just hides our own beauty! We are all humans and we don’t have any worldly possessions to hide. Clothings generally shuts out the fresh cooling breeze, your body can’t breathe under textile layers. So stay comfortable Forget the hiding behind layers of clothings. Nudism is about celebrating the features on your body. This style is may not the latest one, but it’s for sure unique to you. …it should be a crime against humanity to enforce clothing on anyone!

💥 Friends that have the same ethics as you will always encourage you. They help you to feel good about yourself. Though good friends dont care if they are bare - sharing this freedom is always exciting. It’s that your fellows will really see personally you. Free of useless facades, boxers and cares their faces will squished into a smile reaching from mouth to the corners of the eyes after shedding clothes together. It’s a kind of trust, freedom, openness and a display of a positive body image to share the nude. Nude company requires mutual respect and therefore produces a positive and tolerant conduct towards your fellows. Just being naturall is a perfect way to make stronger bonds! Be confident nude in company and see how great life can be when you allow it to be! But choose friends always wisely, surround yourself with happy, positive people who share like you nudism-goals and values.

💥 Keep calm about bodypart-sizes (e.g. penis, leg, breast …). Your penis is awesome. Your boobs are great. Start showing it off, letting it all hang out always will brighten the day! No tribes man will worry  about the size of their penises. No tribes woman worries about the size of their milk sacs. These mentalities are a cancer perpetuated by a marketing culture that profits from insecurities.

💥 Naturism breaks down, takes away a person’s insecurities allowing them to be freer and more natural. When we are free & nude, we show all that we are, all of our flaws, all of our perfection. In our nude state we are reduced to our most basic essence, free of any mask we present to the world. Suddenly the joy of beeing fully seen fades the uneasiness away. Let’s go back to the bare essentials! The best way to connect through nature is without the burden of clothing! Appreciate the human body to promote that which we were all born as. Be naturall with confidence and without any shame, but don’t try to be someone that you’re not.

💥 Get healthier by being free and gaining self confidence. Naturism is about unwrapping our minds - this is pure health for our mentally. But the benefits of being physically aware of all aspects of your body should not be lost. More than anything else humans are seriously lacking in the amount of Vitamin D our bodies need. Take advantage of the sun and your skin and may cut down on the vitamin D pills. By going nude more often, naturists will notice owm body “lapps” in time. … love your body, but to it naked! Take care of your mind, body and health.

💥 Mind your own business, concentrated on creating your life the way you want it. Take care of you and your family. Don’t get overly concerned with what other people are doing or saying. Don’t get caught up with gossip or name calling. Accept others for who they are. Don’t judge, everyone has a right to live their own life the way they want to – including you. Love unconditionally, dont hide a passion, dont mind if it’s pantsfree.

Nudity is like soulfood. It is no rational ideal to be clothed, may it is a simple stupid business!? Never the less, let us regain our in-born rights of body freedom. No worries about what other people say, just do what nature says – go ‘au natural’. Let’s walk down the streets naked.
