1- yes! They very much are; assume they are always open if my askbox is open, I just only ever get to them when I feel like it lolz

2- oc art?? hrmm it depends i guesss

I mean if youre giving me freewill and are someone ive noticed engaging with my content I dont see why not! ..But if you are roaming the web for free art from whoever is willing to give it I fear I am not the person for you T_T (like atleast follow me if I’m gonna be drawing ur OC!!! jeez!!!!)
