Just something to see if I remembered how I draw them.

Seeing trolls with white sclera is always jarring to me

It's a style choice, if you look at the rest of my blog or my other art blog http://sketch-junk.tumblr.com/ You'll see I draw all noses like this. I DO know how to draw normal noses but for non study art I choose not to. (I know it can look a little out of place with my semi-realistic style but I like it and it makes it easier/faster)

I never gave it much thought tbh. I’ve considered it for Kanaya(For example I haven’t decided if I draw Kanaya flat chested because that’s what I want for myself or because I want her to be trans[Not that I think every trans girl is flat chested]) I do like people’s trans Rose headcanon. And Karkat. And Jade. Ok I like everyones trans headcanons. I just don’t know about my OWN. (Sorry for the “not really an answer” answer haha)
