it wasn’t in him to be rude, and certainly not for something as trivial as this. but, he had to wonder what the thinking was here, and why. pursing his lips, the holy dragon scanned what little of her face he could see, eyes shifting away to survey the rest of the scene before coming back to the woman occupying his lap. minimizing the distance between them by leaning forward, he addressed her.
