Muse A and Muse B have never met previous to this bus ride that was heading towards a new life for the five other people on board. Muse A is a person of a questionable profession while Muse B is a religious preacher headed to a new town to bring hope, love and guidance to a new church. They both talk about life and where they are going in their new lives. They are friendly with each other and it’s just a nice, friendly chat with no judgment given.
Along the way, an 18 wheeler skids through a red light and crashes into the traveling bus. The wreckage is horrible. The three other people on the bus did not survived and their family left with out the special lights in their life. Muse B is found in a completely bloodied state and the expectancy for them to live is low while Muse A was miraculously saved without a scratch.
The one thing Muse B had on his person was his book of worship that was left bloodied after the crash and Muse A kept it and read it every night for comfort. Must A’s mind always goes back to the day on that bus and they vow to change their lives with each day that passes from the day her life was spared
One Sunday, Muse A, now completely clean of their questionable life, drives out to the church Muse B had supposed to preach at before the crash.
Twist A: Muse A learns that Muse B had preached at that church before and had died 20 years before in a car accident.
Twist B: Muse A finds that Muse B survived the wreck and Muse A becomes a member of the church
Twist C: Muse A and Muse B go on a date now that Muse B is no longer preaching
