I hurt myself, my mom had a fall, broke her arm and is in the hospital, my dad has a bad infection and the medicine they gave him isn't working and he's getting worse

I miss my mom, I'm worried about her, I'm worried about my dad and hoping he's okay-my ribs are slightly better and I can at least breathe now

I felt a pop! Followed by ow owie ow

No idea how I managed this but it really hurts. It's a constant pain that worsens with certain movements and deep breaths

Wtf did I do!!!

I read that the only thing that helps is painkillers and time?
