The Super Table turns empty stores into hives of communal activity. Assembled by hand from readily available and affordable parts, the Table is an evolving open design.

We originally built the Super Table as a device to bring people together on Rogers Avenue, a run-down retail street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. In an area with limited public space and few indoor shared facilities, the table can be a re-usable, flexible community asset that’s both useful and fun. First you gather to build the table, and then it can be used for gatherings and work sessions.
