I know a lot of people don’t want Colin to realize he loves Penelope just because he’s afraid of losing her to another man but I don’t think that his jealousy has to be romantic jealousy.

I want him to be jealous of any man Penelope is herself with because she’s usually a shy wallflower and the fact that she’s comfortable with Colin is something that he takes pride in and needs. I want Colin consumed by feelings of possessiveness over the girl he friend-zoned and I want to see that it makes him unhinged.

I want Hyacinth calling Colin out on his BS like she did with Anthony and Daphne
