Working on a little game using java. Got the art assets ready. Now to figure out how to implement them.

So, there was this little game jam a month or so ago called Ludum Dare. I got together with a couple of friends, and we managed to hack together a pretty decent alpha for a game. The theme for this competition was Small World, and we took that quite literally, but expanded on it by making the world into something like a labyrinth. I did all of the artwork and animation that you see in the game. There are no enemies, bosses, or power ups available within the game as of yet, However we are hoping to finish what we initially set out to do. Oh, we also managed to finish #35 out of 1400+ in the best graphics category. Just putting that out there =)

I have always wanted to try this game out, but could never find the ROM. Looks like there is an english translation rom hack though. I am going  to have to check this out!

Its been a long time since my last update. Work has been keeping me preoccupied, but I feel that its time that I start sharing my self and what I do a little more. More updates to come soon.
