why does the last hour before sleep feel like the only time my life belongs to me

probably needed a hug but instead i sat in my room thinking about how it all went wrong

the loneliest people are often surrounded by conversations too small for them

Am I the only one who, driven by self-hatred, achieves incredible things, only to wonder afterwards why I feel completely exhausted and empty?

I don't trust in life fully. I don't struggle with meaning or existence anymore, but the trust is gone even when I try my hardest to just keep going and loving and hoping, cynically but seriously.
