When he was still the Undying Mydeimos, he wouldnt mind a little scratch or a bruise, they would dissappear in a hour or so. But after the end of Strife, he realized how bad his actual situation is.

It started as a chimera scratch. When he came back to his house, where he share with his sweet boyfriend, he didnt realize how his hand was bleeding till Phainon pointed at it with panic.

It was red, too.

Phainon quickly grabbed his hand, and went to their bathroom to disinfect the scratch. Dont get me wrong, he was used to being in pain, that was not the case. The problem was, it was taking so long to heal.

So long that Mydei couldnt help but to play with its scab whenever he is bored, it was a new experience for him.

It continued with him hitting his, mostly legs, and arms to the chairs, table edges and door handles. For him, he was acting like nothing changed, but his body was clearly saying otherwise.

Phainon had to scold him for being too reckless about himself and kept reminding him that he is now like a normal human, just like everyone else.

"Hey MY.... Deimos... get it?!... like- my as in- mine and like... youre like... mine and.. yknow..."

I always think that Mydei actually got no weak spot, because that would be weird since like i said, his body is not in work him being immortal, its his mind and strength.

So when i think that, when Flame Reaver aka Phainon killed him, he just couldve do the same thing, fight back to death again and dig himself up. But he didnt, he couldnt. His mental state and emotions are as important as his strenght for him to come back to life. We can hear that, when he got stabbed he says "Why?" with almost his last breath.

He knows who killed him was Phainon, he always knew in every cycle. He is the only one who knows about Flame Reavers identity back then, because Phainon's the only one who he told about his weak spot.

After that, he just couldnt fight back, he chose to not fight back against death.

in this, the scenes were the other Chrysos Heirs last moments, so its probably Mydei's too. Which he clearly is crying.

Now that 3.7 ended, i think we should all agree that Mydei is also a hardcore yearner, and maybe we can add a little obsessiveness to it too.

Mydei who cooks Phainon delicious meals every day and Phainon who eats them without any concern, which makes him to gain up a little-

None remembers, no one knows who even is Phainon, for them, there has been no one named Phainon.

No one knows but you, Trailblazer remembers and knows everything that happened. Phainon is nothing but a code after everything that happened, since we have "the book", you tried to load him to the computer in the Astral Express, and it worked. It was Phainon, a hologram but it was still him. He knows and remembers everything, but he knows there is nothing he can do but to be a hologram in the computer.

Mydei decided to join Astral Express for a while, since his family is busy with Kremnoa and he wanted to see how it is outside Amphoreus, with Anaxagoras and Aglaea. Three of them joined and we showed all of them around.

Later on, we saw Mydei staring at something. It was your computer which was still open. You smiled warmly, at first you thought that would be a bad idea since Mydei doesnt know about Phainon anymore but it wasnt the case for Phainon, so it would be painful for him. But Mydei insisted, he wanted to know what "that teleslate-like thing" does. So you opened your computer.

He clicked a few documents, looking at the photos that March took and upload there. And then he saw it.

"What is NeiKos496?" With a curious face. You hesistated for a moment, but end up just opening the document.

It took a little to Phainon to be there with his hologram form, clearly having a little issue to load. Mydei looked up to him with a shocked face, clearly amazed by this new device.

"Wow- so is this like a asisstant for you or?

"Mydei."

You looked up to Phainon with a worryful face immediately, trying to signal him to stop talking. But Mydei continued

"Whoa- how do you know my name? Did you tell him my name, Trailblazer?"

Mydei looked at you and Phainon with a weird smile, he was having too much fun with this new device he just discovered.

"We should definitely show this to professor Anaxa, he would love to see something like this"

"A-ah Mydei actually thats not really a-"

"Yes. I am the assistant of the Astral Express. Nice to meet you, Mydei."

You looked at Phainon with a weird face, you didnt get what was he trying to do. You stepped back a little and watched the two of them talk. Phainon was acting and talking like an AI on purpose and that made you smile a little. Even he is a hologram, it was still Phainon.

And the person he was talking to is still the person who he loved dearly.

Mydei was obsessed with his hologram.

Every day, he woke up, eat with crew members and immediately goes to your room. It was way too much that he said to you awkwardly that could there be a chance that you could give him the room for the night just because he wanted to spend more time with NeiKos. It was clear that Phainon didnt say anything about his real name or real identidy, still going with the AI assistant role. You asked him what was so "good" about him and he immediately went

"You have no idea how funny he is, and it looks like he just knows me so well you know! Its because of the technology you guys use, because otherwise there would be no way that someone gets me this much, and.."

He hesistates for a moment, clearly tried to hide his blushed face.

"And whenever im with him i feel like theres something filling up inside me, ive never felt like that before."

Your eyes teared up, you wanted to tell, you wanted to tell him that it was his lover, for years and years. But it would make zero sense for Mydei right now, and he might get scared. You didnt wanted that, especially for Phainon. He must feeling amazing those passing days.

☀️ "Mydei, no."

Mydei was slowly pushing one of Phainon's favourite mugs off the table with little pushes, never breaking the eye contact from Phainon while thumping his tail on the counter.

🍷 "I told you it was my turn on the console."

Phainon's ears dropped, his tail was lying on the couch flat, stating his clear anxiety.

☀️ "No you didnt!? I thought you were going to bake us something-"

🍷 "And then i changed my mind, so what? It. was. my. turn."

He lifts himself from the couch and quickly make his way to Mydei to grab his precious mug. Mydei tried to take it back, only for to make space for Phainon to grab him. He hold Mydei from his waist and lift him slightly, causing Mydei's nails to dig in a little on Phainons arms

☀️ "Ouch! You havent been cutting those are you? Do you love hurting me that much?"

Phainon tilted his head to the side, his tail swishing furiously behind him. He fixed his intense gaze on Mydei’s face.

🍷 "Put me down." Mydei hissed.

☀️ "Then stop messing around in the house! Im the one cleaning it after all..."

🍷 "Then stop pissing me off."

☀️ "But i didnt do anything!" Phainon whines.

Phainon made his way to the couch and made Mydei sit on his side. He then handed him the console.

☀️ "You can play, if you promise me in something."

Mydei was curious about Phainon, knowing that this man had something in mind.

🍷 "For what exactly?"

☀️ “You’ll bathe with me afterward!”

Phainon places his hands on Mydei’s thighs, his fluffy white tail swishing furiously with excitement. He gazes at Mydei, eagerly awaiting his approval.
