Techno assumes that oh, this kid is a mercenary, he must be familiar with his battle prowess

when people walk on quackity's bad side and fall out of his field of vision without him noticing, he will get a little panicky when he can't find them until he does what is pretty much a 90 degree turn

it's very easy to tell where he's looking even in sunglasses, as he turns his head fully instead of just moving where his eye is trained

quackity bumps into things constantly, not just little grazes but full on slamming into things

this is partially because he can't see shit to his left, partially because he's got utterly no depth perception

he constantly misjudges where things are, and mainly relies on shadows and known lengths to try and avoid making mistakes about depth

his eye gets worn out really easily, especially when he's very tired. this accidentally helped him develop a better sleep schedule because you can't work if you can't see shit and sleeping is how you make your eye not hurt

quackity can get really bad headaches from eyestrain and will have to lay down in a dark room with a cold cloth over his eyes and forehead

he'll press the heels of his hand against his sockets sometimes and it's a surefire tell that a headache is incoming

quackity is extra careful walking the treacherous nether pathways as his issues with depth perception make it so much easier to trip or misjudge the distance to the edge of the pathway or how far away a ghast's fireball is and he doesn't want to loose the decent gear he's managed to get

he tends to be hypervigilant with regards to people approaching from his bad side, and is far more sensitive to any noise or glimpses of movement on that side from his good eye. trying to approach quackity from his bad side without warning is a very good way to get hurt.

quackity doesn't wear an eyepatch unless he has a business meeting or something because he doesn't really see the point in covering up his ruined eye since he can't see out of it anyways and it would just be for other people's comfort. also he thinks it looks badass as hell.
