like the first paragraph of that post is very good, but where they go wrong is failing to see that vision’s feelings of inadequacy and ultron’s feelings of superiority are reactions to the same feelings of isolation and loneliness.

#vision is lonely because ultron did to vision exactly what hank did to ultron #comics and 616 is frustrating bc canon literally contradicts itself (especially with characters like ultron who are almost always-#-side characters aside from like. five issues total or something over the span of 50+ years.)#but if you read any comic where ultron is more than just insert-random-villain-of-the-day #it's pretty clear that vision does not have a monopoly on being lonely or sensitive

it should be illegal to put takes on ultron this cold in the ultron tag
