its honestly so so so so so so hard to find just one song to pick here i always adore when people specifically use names in their songs. scott miller from game theory (the band) said something on an old blog of his about a powerful magical incantation-ish quality to using a real name in your songs -- and i almost picked we love you carol and allison by game theory for that reason. too many to choose from like i said! elenore by the turtles is also a good example of this bc of the way it tricks you into thinking anything is actually being said in the song and one of the little tricks is using a real girls name its sposed to ground u in the narrative but everything else about the lyrics is so dismissive and rude and sick of itself LOL. "youre my pride and joy, etc..." like yada yada yada yeah whatever elenore. its fun i love that song. OH and bernadette by the four tops
