Today is a special day. It's the day my best friend/soulmate/husband, Jeff Shumate, was born. I thank God everyday for bringing him into my life because I know I wouldn't have near the joy and happiness and love without him. He bends over backwards to take care of the people he loves. He's raised my son the past 13 years like he was his own. And since my wreck a couple of months ago he's stepped up in ways I couldn't even imagine. I know how truly blessed I am to have found the love of my life and I want to take today and everyday to show him how much he means to me. On a sadder note, today we also lost 2 individuals who were very important to us...Jeff's grandfather and our first puppy Chyna. Heaven gained 2 more angels today and I know my daddy and Bella are there waiting to welcome them with open arms.
