A Blog of Stuff & Things

I am recording the movie at midnight on Tuesday, 23 August MDT. Assuming all goes well and the file transfers to my computer, I will first see if I can edit out commercials (unlikely, but I’ll try regardless) then upload the file to my google docs as a .mp4, then I’ll add it to the original download links list [can be found here] and reblog that with the addition of Wild Oats. All of this should be completed by that same evening and then you can all go off and enjoy it solo or do a Skype screen share with a friend and squee together! 

This is actually a blessing in disguise, y'all. Rather than sitting in a theatre by ourselves or dragging a friend along who would only ruin the experience, we get to enjoy the film in our living room/bedroom by ourselves/with friends or Skype with a friend from a different country or state and share the magic of Jessica Phyllis mother fucking Lange doing her thing together. 

For those of you who aren’t in the USA, assuming the film had only debuted in theatres here, it would have been unduly unfair for you to not have been afforded the same honor to see her face 40ft high. I’ll do my very best to make this happen because we’ve all waited for tHREE FUCKING YEARS for this film to release, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that it’s happening now (bc I’m your geeky nerdy technology go-to person who can hopefully pull this shit off) and debuting on a TV channel that I actually get.
