Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.

The greatest Guru is your inner self. Truly, he is the supreme teacher. He alone can take you to your goal and he alone meets you at the end of the road. Confide in him and you need no outer Guru. But again you must have the strong desire to find him and do nothing that will create obstacles and delays. And do not waste energy and time on regrets.

There is no second, or higher self to search for. You are the highest self, only give up the false ideas you have about your self. Both faith and reason tell you that you are neither the body, nor its desires and fears, nor are you the mind with its fanciful ideas, nor the role society compels you to play, the person you are supposed to be. [The cause of suffering is] Self-identification with the limited. Sensations as such, however strong, do not cause suffering… It is the mind, bewildered by wrong ideas, addicted to thinking, “I am this”, “I am that”, that fears loss and craves gain and suffers when frustrated.
