“Whoever does not leave off false speech and false conduct, Allah has no need of his leaving off food and drink.”

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ

“A blessed Suhur for the believer is dates.”

“Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and hope for reward, his past sins will be forgiven.”

"Whoever sends Salah upon me once, Allah will send ten upon him, and remove ten of his sins, and will raise him ten degrees in status."

Ibn Qayyim رحمه الله said:

اللّهُـمَّ اغْفِـرْ لي، وَارْحَمْـني، وَاهْدِنـي، وَاجْبُرْنـي، وَعافِنـي، وَارْزُقْنـي وَارْفَعْـني

“I don’t know of a deed closer to Allah, Exalted and Majestic, other than dutifulness to the mother.”
