TLDR; the legendary cross eye 👏 REALLY LONG don't read if not interested lul scroll down for good news!! As many of you already know, I recently resigned from one of jobs. It was a good 3yrs learning and observing from the veterans at my location. It was tough for me to resign because of the relationships I've built and how it's treated me as my first job. However looking at the bigger picture, its gotten to the point where it no longer benefits me when they had nothing else to offer me. I'm clearly not one to be locked down, stay put, or work under someone really.. I can only do it for so long esp when they put restrictions on me (as a mere part-timer) while I have so many other aspirations and responsibilities. I'm quite expensive so its just not going to work out. I'm needed in too many places to just.. stay put. I'm grateful to have had that as my first job with a loving team (almost haha). Y'all also know I have poor time management and they had to look over it for 3yrs 🙏 However, it saddens me that right before I left, there's been a misunderstanding that they seem(?) to ignore.. without the details, having been there for 3yrs, I'd assume they know where my heart and intentions are? But I guess there's nothing I can do if they choose to let their minds get over themselves 😞 - ON GOOD NEWS, this step I took has enabled me- to do me. I now have time to get my physio done, stream more, attend more events and shows, network, launch merch again*** 😱 AND AND AND.. work on this brand I've been meaning to start. Keep your eyes peeled ❤ ps. Sadly I cannot attend TwitchCon this year because I dealt with a lot and its during my school days. Planning for it now would be too late because of travel & housing. I'm just as bummed as you are but lets make it happen for next year 😭😭 maybe along with a partnership *wink
