If anyone is wondering why I’m a little frustrated, this is why…my first slurpee I purchased lasted 7 days before it fell apart and Evan Shore basically told me to get fucked. Also why my second one went up for sale the day it came in the mail - was extremely frustrated yesterday. I don’t normally dunk anything in iso while it’s hot. If you’ve seshed with me, you have probably teased me for how long I wait to dunk. This sat in iso all night and when I pulled it out in the morning, the dish fell off in my hand when I was drying it. I don’t work with glass or quartz. Maybe it’s not repairable. Maybe it was my fault. I just can’t believe after spending $2300 with Evan Shore in a matter of days, the best customer service they can offer me is letting me know about the next drop ahead of time. 🤦🏻♂️ At this point, I think Amex purchase protection will help but I’d much prefer to have this repaired or at least told a reason why it can’t be. Anyway, I don’t want to be an asshole but at the same time, FYI. The saddest thing about all of this - I loved it. It was beautiful and the tech is spot on. I was honestly getting ready to say this might be the best banger/slurper I’ve ever used. I was ecstatic to own two of them.
