Just Kidding. I’ll show you the basics of making a GIF without dragging on too much. 

So the program I make a GIF with is Photoshop. I don’t know if there is any other program you can do with other than Photoshop.

Step 1:

Find a GIF online. They are all over the internet so take your time and find the perfect one.

Step 2:

Find the character’s face you want to input into the GIF

I am going to use Takano’s face.

Sometimes I can’t find a good picture that doesn’t crop out his hair so I go online and watch the episode and pause on the part that shows his whole face. I take a screenshot and open it into Photoshop.

Step 3:

Open Photoshop.

Make sure you have timeline open. You can access this by clicking on “Window” and then check mark “timeline”. Timeline is where the GIF breaks down into frames and layers.

Open the image you want to put on the GIF and start erasing the background. 

This will make the image transparent and you can easily put the face onto the GIF.  

To combine the two layers together into the frame, just left click on Takano’s face layer and select “merge down”. 

You do this to every layer. Some parts of the GIF you may need to edit the face, re-adjust the face position, or change the character's face to a different face view. This is a long tedious task.

Step 4:

After you finish the changes, you go to “file” and select “save for web”
