Q: All of the members decided to be independent from JYP and still be together as a GOT7. As a leader, you also needed a decision, right?

🌴JAY B: I stopped working with JYP, but everyone wanted to continue as GOT7. We all came out together and agreed to do it ourselves. Encore was released a while ago. I was involved in the whole process with a new record label. I was happy because the reaction was good. There was also a point of being inexperienced, but I was proud to show a different move than before. Through this single, we showed that we did not break up, so the following will be more important. When I left JYP, Director Jung Wook said, “From now on, your role as a leader is everything”, and I truly feel that.
