ok so i did some research and apparently it was a joke that was lost in translation where Goku does know what a kiss is, but was confused about doing so with the senzu bean when Future Trunks did so in order to heal Future Mai, kinda like CPR, but i wish it was executed better, considering other people's reactions especially since he's married with two sons-

Goku and Chichi got new designs, now they got new headcanons (some of them inspired by @/sourdough777 )
still improving my character design skills my versions of Goku and ChiChi i gave Goku battle scars since he through a lot of fights and his dad Bardock had a battle scar too and I gave Chichi muscles and horns since she's the daughter of the Ox King and she's a martial artist!
