Der Felsen is a man who runs the AXIS, a group of superhumans whose goal is to change the way the world works. No more corruption, no more hiding your powers, no more heroes who only care about their image. He, unfortunately, has the most incompetent lackey. On the surface, he seems harsh, but he actually cares about the well being of his team and works harder than anyone. El Toro is a retired hero who reminisces about his glory days. He used to work with Rose Thorn and Gilzmo, but a dispute ended their friendship. Recently, he has found himself back in the hero business after a new villain wrecked his family’s shop. Can control nature/plant life. His powers are much stronger outside the city.
