      satine was obviously wary, drawn back. but she had to put her faith in someone. and this girl . . this girl reminded her of an old friend. a niece in way. so without hesitation now satine grabs the other’s hand, blue eyes locked on her. a hint of fear touched her face.

      satine can’t help the faint colors of red and pink saturating her cheeks, waving her hand in a dismissive gesture. ❛  oh please.  ❜ she folds her ams behind her back as she walks, standing as tall as the woman could manage. ❛  do you stay long enough to enjoy the sites or are the quick visits?  ❜
