All Rebel Members,

Be aware that there are multiple, large scale, ongoing projects happening in multiple cities across the nation and the world. We are still requesting drills be done, and for each affiliate to assemble plans for the over reaching problems Evos are facing.

As we mentioned before, there is the threat of the Hunters, humans who hunt Evos to kill them. Another concern are “Portals”, the properties of which we are not entirely sure of. We ask you to contact us immediately if you believe you encounter one.

We are here to expose the true meaning of Shelby’s Evolved Human Act, and what it means for all of us. To correct the distortions and to speak to Shelby directly: we may be silent, but we are loud!

This war on Specials, on Evos, on Evolved Humans, on the Gifted, on whatever you call us, is the government’s best kept secret. In 2007, there was a project to try and silence us- Building 26. They would capture American citizens against their will, with the hopes of locking them away forever. Those involved, those victimized were our neighbors, our friends, our families. My family, and the families of many of our members were directly affected.

Have we forgotten internment camps so quickly, the height of Japanese-American oppression being less than a century ago? The fact that it was America doing this during World War II is always glossed over, and here we are, glossing over it, again.

This is a call for all of you- for Evos, for Allies- to protest this Act. For now it tells us our registration is optional. How long, how long until the Registration becomes mandatory? Until, once again, the rejects of this nation are trapped and hidden away in dark holes? Until the next mishap is taken advantage of.

I am here to assure you, the Evo from the Mall is no threat. They never were a threat, as they were forced into a stressful situation with an unstable ability. The solution is NOT to lock us up! It is to create safe spaces, to educate people on their ability. For too long, the World has looked down on those who did not fit into the mold of normalcy- not realizing there is not a natural normal, that diversity is the definitive point of our species.

Senator Shelby- we will not register. We will fight your oppression, we will expose your lies, we will reveal the truth. We will expose those doing Specials direct harm, and I personally will fight this oppression with my last breath.

Now, now is the time to speak out against this Act. Against the prejudice. Now is the time to expose the truth and stand together. This is not an act of heroism, but to humanity.

Now is the time for us to take back our liberties.

All Rebel affiliated people have an email address on the REBEL Network. The username depends on the person, which REBEL branch they reside in, and if they use a different name when communicating.

Rebel is the one who sets up the account, and either him or the branch head set it up with the new member in person.

REBEL Leaders,

We had received information that something may have been happening on Friday, but not Wednesday. Currently, we have our tech teams, along with those in other cities, working to find out what exactly happened at the mall today.

For now, we urge you to be vigilant. We also urge you to test the waters of your own city. Here, it seems that anti-Special rhetoric has increased to an all time high, and as of now, we are unable to provide information to combat it. Fortis Group has a team attending to the scene, and we are working behind the curtain.

REBEL Leaders,

Be ready to mobilize teams to New York City or other locations. We will be running drills in NYC, as well as other key cities. There has been unrest in multiple pockets around the world, and we are preparing for the worst case.

We have recently discovered a new anti-Specials organization that aptly calls themselves, The Hunters, though much is not known. We depend on you and your members to monitor suspicious activities and deaths.

Just like everything else in the Parallel, REBEL takes a darker tone and purpose.

Since Building 26 never happened in this Universe, Rebel was spurred by the atrocities of the quarantine camps and the two reigning powers, Fortis and Continuance. Micah watched his family die from this illness as he continued on.

And he monitored the Cure progress, and the more he dug, the deeper he got into the Godfrey conspiracy. It turned him against the powers that be, and left him ruthless towards the researchers from all parties.

Rebel is made up of various organizations around the world, some of them having been started long before Micah came around and all of them with their own symbols catering to where they’re located. This also makes it harder for the people going against them to capture an entire organization when it’s made up of so many. 

Each leader keeps in direct contact with Micah, who spearheads everything, including getting those who are being persecuted, to safety, though not all of them are aware of his true identity.
