Why don’t we think of gang members who got mad bodies as serial killers

I think its relates to the modus operandi because that’s the M.O. Like, a serial killer will be more thoughtful on who they hunt. Location, address, time of work etc etc. A gang bang might be they see homie at the curb drive bang him.
