What do you think of all the new footwork at practice?
I'm definitely interested to see it in action more closely over the next few weeks.
It may be something we'll only really get a full picture of when Justin's taking snaps for real. I'm no QB mechanics expert, but from what I've read and heard on the topic it seems like it should help him get the ball out quicker and be more efficient for RPO.
Or it's not going to make the slightest bit of difference if he can't get used to it and it fucks with his game, or the OL is plagued with critical injuries like last year or finds some way to be a turnstile and quick still isn't quick enough 🤷♀️
So, yeah, I'm interested to see it in play, but I'm gonna have to see it in games before really gauging what difference it's going to make. I am hopeful about it tho and think it's probably worth a shot.

Hi, nonnie! I'm having a great summer so far, and whilst I'm missing football (sort of), I really don't want summer to end ngl!
We've been super lucky with the weather here lately, but it's not been appallingly hot like some other places in the UK, so I've been making the most of being outside; touching grass and day drinking with friends. Enjoying life to my little heart's content <3
Hoping to get some travelling in when the weather starts to turn here and when the tourist season on the continent is more quiet; thinking maybe Italy somewhere? Not sure yet.

Probably, but that's ultimately his issue, and I'm not saying that in a bitchy way - it genuinely is. It's not the move I'd make in his position, but ultimately he has the right to celebrate his relationship like any of us.
Also - being real - even if he didn't do this there's every chance he'd get clowned anyway if the Chargers had a dud season so 🤷♀️ Damned if you do, damned if you don't I guess!

99% sure his parts (?) were filmed the day they were spotted at Nobu Malibu for dinner so that was before even phase one of the off season workouts began. Idgaf what he does during the off season and like you said, this is very tame lol. It's not even like he's Joe Burrow who seemingly shows up to the opening of an envelope over the past few off seasons

Offseason is the off season for a reason so players can do what they want as long as it's legal as far as I'm concerned (even Burrow who idgaf about).
It's the other two points I've mentioned in previous asks that are what most people seem to be considering and discussing, both of which are perfectly valid points imo.

It would be one thing if he was doing this and not showing up to offseason training but so far he seemingly hasn’t missed an offseason practice so I’m sure he’s spending as much time on football as he always has, he’s just spending the rest of his time differently. People will clown him but he probably doesn’t care because he doesn’t see how he plays as related to his relationship
I'm sorry maybe I'm misunderstanding, but I don't think anyone thinks he's not working? I mean, he clearly is. (Even then OSP are entirely optional so he's not beholden to attend them either really, but the optics would be pretty iffy).
But, yes, people (myself included) have made the point that rival fans and the media will clown him if the Chargers have a bad season and will absolutely use this as ammo. It's also fair to say that this may be awkward for both of them if they end up splitting in the future.
However, as I said, he's a grown man who can make his own decisions and I'm sure can factor these possibilities into his decision-making and/or simply doesn't care. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal imho.

I just want to reiterate that I don't "care" either, but I would be lying if I said that I didn't think that this had the potential to shoot him in the foot. Like I said tho, he seems to be very much in love, and ultimately it's his choice to make. I'm certainly not going to be stressing about this, especially if he isn't 😅
Plus - and I can't believe I'm saying this and setting the bar so low - but if this is his biggest offseason fuck-up, I'll take it. For an NFL player he's pretty fucking squeaky clean by comparison so if he spends his offseason playing golf and macking on his gf in her mvs then that's fine by me too!
