One thing I hate about BPD is being in a room full of people and trying to blend or seem normal but everything is too much or too little. I’m either mean or quiet and weird. It’s a constant reminder that I am too much and not enough at the same time. I am right in the middle of almost and it’s the loneliest feeling in the world.

I break my own heart by expecting people to be as attached to me as I am to them.
