BTS Reaction To You Get Into An Argument
Anonymous said to b-tsfanfic-tion: A scenario where you argue with them, they say something hurtful and make you cry? With a happy ending please ~
Anonymous said to b-tsfanfic-tion: Could I request a reaction of how they would react if you thought they were tired of you or didn’t like you anymore?
Jin
Jin and you had started to argue, and it had been going on for awhile. You both were tired of fighting, but you also were both unwilling to back down.
“I can’t believe how stubborn you are!” he growled at you.
“Yeah, well I’m not changing, so deal with it,” you shot back.
“See what I mean? So. Fucking. Stubborn.” he spat at you. The amount of disdain in his voice surprised you. It shocked you so much, your angry expression changed to a hurt one. You looked down at your feet, not able to look at Jin glaring at you anymore. But you saw his shoes come into view as he stepped closer to you.
You were surprised when you heard a deep, quiet chuckle coming from him. You snapped your eyes back up to see an exasperated lookin Jin grinning at you. He realized how confused you were and quickly started to explain, “I can’t believe I just said you were stubborn like it’s a bad thing.”
“You don’t hate it?” you asked.
“No, I don’t think I ever could. I love how stubborn you are. I think it’s enduring,’ he assured you.
“And you don’t hate me?” you asked, not able to stop the worried question that had been at the back of your mind since you started fighting from coming out.
Now Jin was the one who looked shocked, completely not expecting that question from you. He was so surprised he could only act subconsciously to that question. He immediately leaned in to give you a kiss.
When the kiss ended, he gave you a reassuring smile and said, “I can’t believe you would ever even think I could hate you. There is not a single thing about you that I hate, angel.”
“I had guessed you felt that way when you kissed me,” you said, making him laugh. After that he added the word perfect before any pet name he called you just to make sure you know he most definitely could never hate you.
Suga
Yoongi most definitely had a quiet, withdrawn side to him. Unfortunately, that side had been coming out more and more frequently. One day you finally had to bring up just how much you had noticed this.
“Hey, I miss you,” you said with a smile, leaning behind where he sat to give him a hug.
“How can you miss me if I’m right here?” he asked, shrugging your arms off.
“Well, sometimes you can get caught up in your own world,” you admitted, still trying to sound nonconfrontational. Your point was only proven when he didn’t even look over to you but instead kept working.
“Maybe you just ask for too much,” he said, starting to sound annoyed.
“I’m not trying to ask for a lot! Just for you to acknowledge me from time to time,” you said, finally stopping hoping you two wouldn’t fight, “It feels like you don’t even like me anymore!”
He rolled his eyes and soffed, “Are you serious? You are so over dramatic!”
You felt yourself only getting more upset at his answer. He hadn’t even disputed what you said. You were too upset to stick around and hurried out of the house. You were just a few steps down the sidewalk when you heard your front door open and close again.
“Y/n, wait!” Yoongi called after you. You didn’t listen to his request and instead kept walking. But he caught up to you quickly and managed to catch your hand so you couldn’t keep walking away from him.
“Please baby, just wait for a moment,” he said, and it was your turn to have an attitude. You sighed, looking anywhere but him. Still, he was glad you had at least stopped walking away from him. He risked pushing his luck even further, gently cupping your cheek so he could look you in the eyes, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it.”
“Didn’t mean what?” you asked, still not ready to forgive him.
“Any of it! I don’t think you ask for too much and you are definitely not over dramatic,” he said, slowly starting to win you over. He noticed you give a little smile, so he punctuated his apology with a kiss. He pulled back with a smile of his own and said, “And you’re right, I have been a little too caught up in work lately. Next time you tell me that you miss me, I’m going to react a lot differently. More specifically hugs, kisses, and a date to wherever you want to go.”
“It’s okay,” you said with a small shake of your head, “I knew what I was getting into when dating you. Your schedule is-”
“No,” he said, cutting you off. He didn’t even want to hear what you had to say, knowing you shouldn’t be the one apologizing or making excuses for him. He gave your hand a loving little squeeze, “Since we’re already out of the house, how about we go somewhere for a date?”
“Are you sure?” you asked, double checking.
“Of course. I’ve missed you,” he said, and you smiled when you realized he had repeated the very same thing you had said to him.
Jhope
Hoseok could overwork himself when it came to memorizing the dances. He took his title as dance captain very seriously. But that meant he was always busy during the day and only came home to sleep.
You decided you had enough and called him up to see if he could come home early. You smiled when he picked up the phone, already realizing just how much you missed his voice, “Hey y/n! Whats up, baby? Something wrong?”
“Something is very wrong! You haven’t been around for so long, I am starting to forget what you even look like,” you said, and you waited to hear the deep chuckle you were so used, but it didn’t come. Instead you heard a long sigh come from his end of the line.
“Look, I am really busy. I barely have time for this phone call,” he said in a clipped tone. Your hand subconsciously clenched around the phone when you heard just how annoyed he was.
“I just think you should-”
“I have to go,” he said, cutting you off. Before you could even say goodbye you heard the line go dead. You were so surprised, you barely even noticed when you started to cry. You were secretly hoping he might show up earlier despite the quick phone call, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Instead you went to bed alone, like you had been doing for weeks.
You woke up when you felt the mattress start to dip and you looked to see that Hoseok had finally gotten home. He noticed you were awake and opened his mouth to say something. But before he got even one word out, you turned onto your side so your back was facing him.
“Come on, y/n. I’m sorry,” you heard him say. He scooted closer to you so he could wrap an arm around you, “Really, I am.”
“It’s like I don’t even matter to you anymore,” you said. You felt yourself get even more nervous when he didn’t say anything for a few moments.
But then he finally did speak up, “Baby! Baby, you matter so much to me!”
“Then why aren’t you around anymore?” you asked, and you felt him gently turning you around so you were facing him. You were having a hard time staying angry at him when you were looking at his apologetic expression.
“Sometimes I forget that just because I see you every morning and night before I head off to practice doesn’t mean you get to see me,” he admitted.
“You’re blaming my sleeping habits?” you asked with a nose crinkle, teasing him a little as revenge. He laughed a little, glad to see you were actually starting to forgive him.
“More like, blaming my working habits,” he explained, “But don’t worry, starting tomorrow that’s all going to change.”
“Good, I’ve missed you,” you said.
“Yeah, I get the feeling. I’ve missed you too,” he said, tugging you even closer, “But for now, let’s sleep.”
“Exhausted from dancing all day?” you asked, letting your eyes close as you snuggled even closer.
“When is all your teasing going to end?” he asked with a chuckle.
“Maybe next week,” you joked, and he answered with a overly dramatic sigh before the two of you drifted off to sleep.
RM
You and Namjoon were trying to figure out where to go on a date. Unfortunately, it lead to a fight. You both wanted to go seperate places. Like, he would suggest a museum, but you were thinking more like a club. Even when you guys finally agreed on going to a movie he suggested a documentary while you wanted to go to a special showing of a classic 90s comedy.
“Don’t you want to do something nice?” he asked, his voice quickly raising to a yell.
“That’s what I’m trying to suggest!” you shot back, making him give a loud, and very sarcastic, laugh.
“Can’t you ever be interesting, or cultured, or something?” he asked, throwing his hands up in exasperation. That last comment actually stung, and more than just how any mean comment said during a fight did.
“Well, you know what? Since you aren’t interested in me anymore why don’t you just on the date with someone more classy,” you said, your voice getting quieter with every word.
You turned to leave the when you felt Namjoon press up against his back and his arms wrap around your waist to keep you from leaving. You weren’t too surprised; thanks to his long legs he could cross practically any room with just a few steps.
He pressed his head into the crook of your neck, muttering, “I’m sorry, princess. I am so sorry. I don’t want to go out with anyone but you, okay? Don’t ever let me make you feel any different ever again, because I couldn’t stand to loose someone as perfect as you.”
“Perfect? Not uncultured or boring?” you asked, turning to give him a harsh look. He wasn’t upset though, knowing full well he deserved a little attitude.
“Never. I shouldn’t have said it. I was just angry, but that’s not even a good excuse,” he said with a sigh.
“No, it isn’t,” you said with a pout.
“You want to know how I’m going to make it up to you?” he asked.
“How?” you asked, expectantly waiting.
“By taking you to that 90s movie,” he said, showing you an apologetic, dimpled smile.
“And getting me a big bag of popcorn?” you asked, trying to bargain.
“Of course, baby,” he said. He let his arms move from your waist so he could take your hand and lead you out of your guys’ place, “Would you be willing to share?”
“Of course, baby,” you said, repeating his own words with a smile.
Jimin
You had been listening to Jimin vent for quite awhile, but you were completely fine with it. You were happy he was willing to confide his problems in you. It was very sweet, and it meant he really trusted you. Unfortunately, all he ever seemed to do with you is vent.
“Thanks for listening, angel,” he said after coming to you to share something that had been bothering him all day.
“Of course! You can always talk to me,” you said, smiling sweetly. That smile dropped of your face when his phone dinged. He looked at the screen and then stood up.
“I think I’m going to head out. The boys invited me to hang out,” he said.
“Are you serious?” you asked, not able to stop the angry tone that was slipping into your voice. He raised his eyebrows at your change of demeanor.
“Um, yes. Why wouldn’t I be?” he asked, and you stood up too with a huff.
“Oh, I don’t know. I guess I was just hoping it was a joke, but I guess you really do want to leave after only using me as someone to complain about all your problems to,” you said.
“This is coming out of nowhere,” he said with a shake of his head.
“No, it isn’t! The only time you ever hang out with me is to complain! You don’t even care about me anymore!” you said, finally stating how you felt.
“Great, well if you hate me telling you about my problems then I won’t anymore,” Jimin said, meeting your glare with one of his own.
You rolled your eyes and snarled, “You know that’s not what I meant, I just-”
“No one cares!” Jimin exclaimed, shocking you silent, “Bye, y/n.”
Your mouth fell open with shock when he turned on his heel and stomped out of the house. You hated how that conversation went, which was only emphasized when angry tears started to leak down your cheeks. You tried to do distract yourself with tv, but you just ended up falling asleep on the couch.
You woke up to a loud ruckus, and as you blinked a very drunk Jimin came into view. He noticed you when you sat up, and he rushed over to sit beside you.
“Oh thank god, you’re still up!” he said, sounding even drunker than he looked.
“You woke me up actually,” you admitted, and he cringed.
“Oh no, really? I keep messing up,” he said, surprising you a little, “Like earlier. I shouldn’t have left. I should’ve stayed and said I was sorry! I thought that all night, and couldn’t get you out of my head. I hoped getting drunk might help my mood, but it only made me feel even worse! Oh, wait. Shit, I’m using you to vent again.”
“No, it’s okay. I really do want to hear your problems. I’m glad you come to me. But I want you to come to me for more than just venting,” you said, finally getting to explain yourself, and Jimin was nodding along.
“I know! That’s what I came home to say,” he said, immediately agreeing with you, “I couldn’t believe I had used the best person in my life to only talk about all the worst things in my life.”
You felt yourself smile at his apology and said, “The best person?”
“Yes,” he said with a smile of his own as he pulled you into a tight hug, “Baby, I don’t know what I’d do without you. Starting now I’m going to actually hang out with you, take you on dates, and never just use you as someone to complain to.”
You wrapped your arms around him too, happily returning the embrace. You giggled a little when the hug ended and he started to tip backwards. You reached out to grip his shoulders so he didn’t fall back completely.
“Come on, I think you better sleep the rest of this off,” you said, helping him off the couch.
“You really are the best person in my life,” he said with a tired, but happy, sigh.
V
You and Taehyung were fighting for so long, you thought the two of you had said every petty thing in the book. But as it turns out, that wasn’t exactly true. You learned that the hard way when Taehyung said something that really stung.
“Can’t you just stop being so needy for five seconds?” he yelled out. Your eyes grew wide from shock. It was like someone took your greatest insecurity and used it against you. You couldn’t even think of what to say, so you just left instead.
You ended up going on a walk. It was really long, but you didn’t know exactly how much time you had spent walking about. Then it started to get dark and you knew you had to go back home.
When you walked through the door you were greeted with Taehyung immediately rushing over to wrap you in a tight hug. His voice came out almost strangled when he said, “Thank god you’re back. It’s been two hours.”
“Oh, great. You going to fight with me about that too?” you asked sarcastically.
“God, no. I was just missing you,” he admitted.
“What?” you asked, completely taken off guard as he nodded.
“You’re not the needy one, I am. I needed you to stay so I didn’t have to sit here and wait for two hours till I got to apologize,” he said, his words coming out very rushed.
“An apology?” you asked, still not quite grasping everything that was happening.
“Yes! I am so sorry for fighting with you, but I’m especially sorry for calling you needy too,” he said.
You looked down, but since he was holding you it was more just you looking at his chest. You spoke up quietly, asking, “So you aren’t tired of dating me or anything like that?”
Taehyung gripped you even tighter, pulling you right up against him, “Never, princess. I never want to say anything to make you think that ever again.”
You paused, thinking about all he had said. You hesitated before looking back in his eyes. He was clearly apologetic, it was written all over his face. He had really meant what he said, and truly he was thinking even more than he said out loud. He loved you and never once thought you were overly needy.
“I’m so glad we’re done fighting,” you said with a sigh, resting your head on his shoulder.
“Yeah, me too,” he said with a deep chuckle.
Jungkook
You and Jungkook had been fighting for hours, and it was about the same thing you two always seemed to find yourselves fighting about. He was jealous yet again. Unfortunately, this time he had a right to be saying you were hitting on the waiter. You had been flirting with waiter, and right now you were regretting it.
“Don’t keep trying to lie to me! You were undeniably flirting with him!” he yelled.
“Fine! I was flirting with him,” you admitted, finally telling the truth.
“I knew it,” he growled, glaring even more at you.
“But it was only to get your attention, and it clearly worked,” you said, trying your best to explain yourself.
“What?” he asked incredulously.
“You haven’t been paying attention to me at all. Even on our date you were glued to your phone. It’s like I don’t even matter to you anymore,” you said. But your explanation didn’t help calm him down at all. It only pissed him off more.
“Maybe I ignore you because you’re always doing stupid, childish shit like hitting on strangers to get my attention,” he spat at you. You felt your chin crinkle and quickly left the room so Jungkook didn’t see that he had gotten to you and made you cry. But he had noticed the small chin crinkle too (something he would’ve called adorable if the two of you weren’t fighting) and recognized the tell tale sign that you were about to cry.
“Hang on, I was just mad. I shouldn’t have said that. Please don’t cry,” he said, quickly following you before you got too far. You hurriedly wiped away the tears already leaking down your cheeks and turned to face him. He smiled a little and asked, “Are you actually pretending that you weren’t crying just now?”
“I wasn’t,” you lied, but he still didn’t believe you. He stepped towards you so he could wrap his arms around your waist.
“Come on, I know you too well for you to lie like that,” he said with a smile. But after a moment his smile slipped off his face, “Or, at least, I thought I knew you.”
“I’m sorry! I shouldn’t have flirted with the waiter! I wasn’t really thinking! I was acting impulsively, but it only made things worse,” you said, but he only shook his head.
“I didn’t mean that. I meant the fact that you felt like I didn’t even care about you anymore. Y/n, I had no idea you were feeling that way. I should’ve noticed something was bothering you before it got so bad,” he apologized.
“Still, I shouldn’t have flirted with the waiter,” you said. He pressed his forehead up against yours with a small smile.
“I shouldn’t have called you stupid. I should’ve called you what you are. Sweet, nice, and pretty close to perfect. And I should have been saying that more often,” he said, making you smile too.
Hey. Can you do a bts reaction when you want to cuddle with them but they ar mad at you
So I’m doing this on my phone so naturally there’s no gifs… I’ll fix it asap😭——-You had promised him that you would go to the party big hit was hosting in honor of the boys new album drop but once again you fell asleep at the library and didn’t wake up till it was half way over. You felt terrible and knew the moment he declined your call that you were in trouble. When you eventually got there it took everything he had not to ignore you. Especially since you knew how much this meant to him. By the time you were home he had maybe said four words to you the whole night: ‘Don’t do that, please.’ You wanted to make it right, you felt so bad, but in your defense you were cramming for finals and he knew staying to study would benefit you better than going to a party. You started by trying to sit next to him, but he got up and walked into the bathroom. You tried to massage his shoulders when he came back to sit down but he just shrugged you off. Pouting, you went to bed. You were on the brink of tears when he entered the room with a heavy sigh and got into bed, laying flat on his back. You took a deep breath and figured trying one more time wouldn’t hurt. You waited a little while before shifting your body till you were facing him, and just like every night before you went to place your hand across his stomach to initiate cuddling, but he wasn’t having any of it.
Jin:
He wouldn’t say anything, just the moment your hand touched him he’d roll away from you and cross his arms over his chest. He knew he’d be over it in the morning, he just wanted to sulk while he could. He knew you were stressed with school and that was the only reason he wasn’t picking a fight. That and everyone complimented you for being so smart and forgave you for your tardiness. The next morning he’d wake you up by pulling you against him and holds you tightly, apologizing for his petty behavior the night before and calmly explaining why he was upset before kissing your shoulder and hugging you tighter.
Yoongi:
He wouldn’t hold back, the moment you tried to touch him he’d sit up and tell you to back off score he gets really mad. When you told him you didn’t understand why you were receiving this much of a cold shoulder he’d blow up on you, saying of course you didn’t because you only thought about yourself. You’d fight with him until he was blue in the face and you were all but crying again. When it was obvious to you that he wasn’t going anywhere and he wasn’t done fighting you huffed and stood up, said fine and started for the door to find some where else to sleep. That’s when he would calm down and stop you from leaving after apologizing. No matter how. As a fight he’d never want you to feel like you have to leave.
Namjoon:
An argument would happen, though not a terrible one. He just couldn’t understand why you couldn’t do just this one thing to support him. Especially since you knew just how hard he had worked for this. He wouldn’t let you get out of the conversation until you told him you feel like you needed to study every minute of every day because he already has everything he’s set for life and you’re still floating you want to do the best you can in school so if anything happens between the two of you, you’ll have a degree. He’d feel terrible and would instantly pull you into his arms as a sorry for getting so mad at something so stupid.
Hoseok:
He wasn’t mad enough to want to fight with you, but he was mad enough to not want to talk or be touched by you, so he just rolled to his side and pulled a pillow into his chest so there was no room for you to wiggle your way against him. He didn’t expect for you to grab your pillow and one of the lighter blankets off the top of the bed and head for the couch. He’d pour at you for an hour or two, not been able to sleep. He’d wondered if you were cold, since you normally were at night and eventually talked himself out of being so mad. He’d hop off the bed, taking the duvet with him and would make his way over to the couch where he laid down with you. He knew you were just pretending to be asleep so he kissed the top of your head and apologized for getting upset instead of understanding.
Jimin:
He’d give you a warning shot, telling you as nicely as he could for you to not touch him. If you pressed him in anyway to talk to you or let you move into his chest he’d press his fists against his eyes and agree, he knew how to pick his battles and this just wasn’t one of them. Even though he agreed he’d feel like nothing was being fixed and wouldn’t sleep a wink that night as his thoughts just ate at him for being so soft. He’d talk himself up, telling himself that you were walking all over him and this would just keep boiling up and up until he exploded for no reason one day.
Taehyung:
He’d tell you to stop it, seriously. He wasn’t in the mood to have you touching him. He’d curl into himself with his arms crossed and try to fall asleep, but He knew you weren’t light sniffling because you had allergies. He’d hold off as long as possible before sighing and reaching out to grab you and pull you into his body. He’d hold you close and stroke your hair while softly telling you why he was so upset and then accepting your apology when you sincerely told him you were sorry. He’d sigh again when your arm finally wrapped tightly around him.
Jungkook:
One touch and he’s out. He didn’t mean to let himself get so angry but he did. It just happened. He’d be the one to take a pillow and a blanket to the couch. He’d ask you as calmly as possible to just let he be for the night. Even though you respected his wishes you could help but sniffle back tears. At first he’d pretend not to hear them, but the longer he heard you tearing over the more his heart broke. He’d come back looking defeated and so sorry and knock before asking softly if he could sleep with you. He’d accept your apology and tighten his arms around you, honestly god he got over himself since he hates sleeping without you now.

If the prince had meant anything from the night before, he certainly wasn’t showing it this morning.
Maria had ended up cutting their time short, barging into his room, inconspicuous to the events unfolding before her eyes, before hauling the young girl away to rest up in her own room. It bared such a resemblance to a pious mother sparing her daughter from a teenage boy, but in their case, it luckily hadn’t bothered the two.
The objective soreness from the slashes hurdled her into a state of overall fatigue, and she opted to remain in bed for the rest of the day. Within the crevices of the fort her mind had built up, she somewhat wished that Jungkook would stumble in through her door, welcoming her with a warm smile or a simple question of reassurance, but surprisingly, he never came.
And it wasn’t until later that week when Taehyung had knocked on her door, opening it with a soft creek, that she found out Jungkook had ultimately left with his uncle and Namjoon to some knightly expedition.
Taehyung, who often urged her to merely address him as Tae, was a sweet entity, one she imagined she would’ve been close with had he been someone from her time. Much like Jimin, Tae was filled to the brink with an overwhelming gentleness that she had never found in anyone before, and she was thankful for his kind demeanor.
But much like the bearer of bad news, his unique boxy smile was nowhere near present when he’d been allowed through her door.
“So, he’s gone?”
“Afraid so, he’ll be back soon though, don’t worry!” But underneath his feigned strong veneer, he did worry. Taehyung and Jungkook were close in age, both of them being the youngest of the septet, and she wondered how close they must’ve been back then for them to have developed such a strong brotherly bond. In fact, she wondered how they all must’ve met. They were all practically inseparable, family, as Namjoon once put it.
“Did he say why?” She asked, her heart unknowingly wilting at the new revelation that Jungkook was not around for the time being.
Tae took a deep breath in, “His uncle explained that he’d been long overdue for a visit with his aunt. Did he tell you about her?”
She had vaguely recalled hearing about the woman, living in the neighboring kingdom. An uncle from his father’s side, but a non-blood related aunt from his mother’s, at least, that was how Jin described the predicament. She gave a brief nod to Taehyung, waiting for him patiently to continue.
“She hasn’t seen him for a while, nearly three years. Jungkook’s almost 21…” Then his voice withered into a whisper, darting his eyes precariously through her room as if uncomfortable.
“Is that a bad thing?”
“Not necessarily,” he brought his hand back to rub anxiously at the back of his neck, “When a prince becomes of age, he must start preparing for, well, coronation.”
Oh.
“So…he has to become…the king.” It was more of an assertive statement than a question, realizing how serious the situation was.
Taehyung nodded, but she added in quickly before he could go on, “Wait, but…he told me once that he has to be married…no?”
And that’s when Taehyung’s face reddened, unable to properly look her in the eye.
She fit the pieces together. Oh no.
“She’s made him a suitor…hasn’t she?”
“Yes…” Tae’s eyes then flickered to hers for a second, before moving back to stare at the unconventional rug in the middle of the room.
The thought overpowered every other in her mind: Jungkook’s getting married.
She never imagined herself getting so internally worked up over a simple boy, and she mentally berated herself for that. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
“Is there a reason why this was so sudden…?”
“Well um,” Taehyung began folding his hands before him, “Once you left his chambers last night, his uncle…went up to talk to him and found out about you and…him.”
So this had been his uncle’s doing, out of sheer disgust for the foreign woman from a distant century in an attempt to save his nephew of having to deal with unroyal blood.
It wasn’t that she liked Jungkook, even those feelings were incredibly confusing. But she knew there was something there that she couldn’t quite pinpoint. But upon hearing this, she couldn’t believe that she even fantasized about the two of them becoming closer, it would never have even worked anyway. Why would she have thought otherwise?
This was the price for letting her guard down for one silly little boy, that wasn’t even from her own time. And Taehyung clearly knew something had been going on between the two of them for him to look so flustered at her, almost apologetically. But if it was pity he was giving her, she didn’t want any of it. She didn’t want anyone to think that this was upsetting to her, so she just shook her head at him, voice unwavering as she parted her lips.
“Good for him, good for his kingdom.”
Taehyung tensed, able to sense the foreign sensitivity in her aura, but he paid no further attention to it, instead just nodding back in affirmation.
“He’ll be back at the end of the month, with Namjoon and his uncle…”
“Okay,” she swallowed thickly.
Tae’s breathing grew heavy, “You’re…you’re alright?”
“There’s nothing between the prince and I, Taehyung,” she was quick to reply, ending his wandering thoughts with a swift case. He pursed his lips, ruffling his sandy hair away from his eyes. She stared at him, with a calm gaze before thinning her lips as well and extending an arm out to him.
He gravitated towards her open palm, slipping his hand into hers before she squeezed it gently.
“Thank you for telling me, Tae. I’ll be down for dinner later…could I – is it alright to sit next to you?”
Like a gift from the heavens, his sweet box smile returned, and he mumbled out an okay. She reciprocated his smile, hoping it made up for her cold disposition earlier. With another simple nod from both their ends, Taehyung waved a small goodbye and left her room, leaving her alone to wonder about the possibilities of the future.
—
And so the month went by.
Day.
By passing day.
Each of which were filled with monotonous routines that merely distracted her from the prince.
It was funny really, how initially she worked with Maria to distract herself from her family and her home. Now, she worked to rid her mind of him.
It was nice, however, his uncle never around to send daggers her way when she’d walk by him. And though it was strictly advised not to, she still managed to sneak into Namjoon’s office late at night when everyone else had fallen asleep to draw back to his old notes, sketching out star patterns and date time-lines, in hopes she could go back to 2018 without having to endure much more of her growing feelings for this prince.
She hated to think of it that way.
She hated feeling something for Jungkook.
But she hated how much she had to suppress it down more than anything else.
—
Wiping her shoes across the doormat, she pulled the shawl over her shoulders and laid it neatly over the countertop in the kitchen, resting the lemons she’d picked outside over the smooth marble of the table.
The kitchen was empty for tonight, and dimly lit, the small candle in the corner barely emitting any light inside.
She sighed loudly, shuffling around the chairs to pour herself a cup of water when suddenly, imminent chatter sounded right outside. The kitchen was near the main entrance hall of the castle, and while it was still too complex for her to memorize where everything was, she was familiar with the front loft.
Peering out from one of the small windows over the sink, her eyes landed on a carriage, with a brown horse near the front buckling its rear legs to ease itself into peace. A carriage…had it been the end of the month already?
Suddenly, her heart pace quickened, and she felt an overwhelming sense of jittery anticipation, as if she were a child on Christmas night.
Scrambling to wash her hands with the cool water from the faucet, she finished and wiped her hands over the smock on her dress, before untying it and laying it down beside her shawl from earlier.
With a final blow at the candle, the kitchen was engulfed by darkness, and she took slow steps into the central loft. It was surprisingly empty, much like the kitchen, and her brows furrowed as she looked around for any source of life.
“Are you alright there child?” A voice suddenly piped up.
She spun on her heel, expression easing as her eyes landed on Maria’s smiling figure, walking over towards her.
“Yes, sorry I was just…I heard something outside.”
Maria slickly rose a brow, familiar with the young girl’s obtrusive demeanor.
“Mm, yes,” she merely replied, hiding the smug grin that wanted to dance across her features. A small tint of pink dusted her cheeks and she fumbled with her fingers below, clearing her throat before asking.
“Is he home yet Maria?”
There it was, the sly grin. “Just pulled in a few minutes ago,” her voice tipped towards the end, hinting at some kind of odd insinuation between the two of them together.
Forcing down the small smile that seemed to creep upon her face, she hummed, “Can I see him? Has he asked for anyone?”
“I’m afraid not.” Both their heads whipped towards the end of the hallway, to the source of the booming voice, and her muscles stiffened.
“Yes sir, but if I may, I’m sure Prince Jeon would understand –” Maria began before he raised his hand, halting her to stop.
“I just spoke to him,” he started, his eyes transferring from Maria to the girl, “He doesn’t wish to see anyone.”
She bit her tongue, numbingly reminding herself that she couldn’t retaliate back at Jungkook’s uncle the same way she could with Jungkook himself. Instead, she looked down, releasing a soft sigh as confirmation.
“I’ll just head up to my room then.”
“It’s not yours,” he supplied quickly. Maria gently pressed a hand onto her shoulder, refraining her from doing anything rash.
“You’re right, but might as well leave you in peace anyway. Sorry you can’t take kindly to guests,” her voice dripped with bitterness, assuming sincerity but lacking any depth at all. His eyebrow merely twitched before he stepped before her.
“Then you’ll be glad to hear that you aren’t my guest, you hag.”
Her eyes narrowed at Maria’s shoes, a solemn gaze she did not want him to take notice of. She let her lids fall momentarily, clenching her jaw before unhinging it and walked past him, making sure her shoulder brushed against his harshly.
She made it quietly out of the loft, and up the stairs to the hallway that held her room. The same hallway that also led to Jungkook’s.
Her doors were only a few feet away from his, and though she had proper instructions not to visit him, she couldn’t help the skip in her heart beat when she passed the narrow slit of his doorway, the light from inside dimly shining underneath the doors.
Taking a deep breath, she considered walking up to them anyways, hoping that maybe he did want to see her despite his uncle’s apparent transcription. But she swallowed instead, and shook her head, proceeding to her room instead.
It was sad to say the least, seeing as how easily infatuated she became with his presence. It reminded her of something that familiarly resembled her home; his aura, though egotistical and stern at first, was soft underneath his strong exterior.
And with those thoughts, she turned her head back to peer at the double doors leading to his threshold, pondering once again over the idea of knocking. Screw it.
Changing directions, her feet led her to him, and in a matter of seconds, she stood before his doors, holding both her breath, and her hand. It hung in midair, inches away from the wood that separated them.
“Just knock…” she muttered beneath her breath, and soon, her hand made contact with the hard surface, rapping gently to not alarm his uncle or give away her disobedience at his orders.
There was minor shuffling on the other side, before she heard him clear his throat, “Leave now, I do not wish to greet anyone.”
She stiffened, the blood rushing up to heat up her face. She bit her lip in embarrassment, catching her hand with the other before stepping away from the door. She couldn’t help herself however when she opened her mouth to speak.
“Sorry…I’ll leave.”
It was surely only a whisper of defeat, but somehow, the prince caught her voice, and more shuffling was heard. She looked up, listening closely to the other side, still holding her stance.
The door opened slightly, just enough to inspect who was outside. Her heart rate sped up much to her dismay, as she took him in. Yes, he looked exhausted, but that certainly did not take away from his outward beauty. His dark disheveled hair and dusky gaze only added more to the light rosey feathering over her cheeks. Instantly, his eyes softened as they landed on her, and he opened the door a little further.
“It’s you,” he breathed out, breaking into a small open-mouthed grin. She hid her smile, nodding gently.
“Please, come in.”
She pressed her lips together, taking a moment to let her eyes survey the hallway for Maria and his uncle, before accepting his offer and slowly stepping into his room. The door instinctively shut behind her, and she turned around to face him.
They stood there, in comfortable silence before she looked down, “Your uncle told me you didn’t want to see anyone but…”
Keeping her face low, she allowed her eyes to glance up at his features, just barely looking through her lashes to see his expression falter for a moment.
“He was right about that. But you, I did ask for.”
Her hands clammed up and she shot him a confused look.
“You did?” Her voice almost gave out, but she mustered it back up and regained composure. He nodded, stepping closer.
“I asked to see you. Only you.”
“Your uncle told me…he said you didn’t ask for anyone…” she nearly chuckled, seeing as how much his uncle really held such a distaste for her. He had lied to her.
“I guess your uncle doesn’t like me much,” she sighed, grabbing her forearm.
He let out a sincere laugh, one that was quiet but still beautiful to hear.
“That man,” his laugh died down to a breathy chuckle, a smile still apparent on his face, “He’s just trying to scare you.”
She bit her lip in amusement, shaking her head at the commentary.
He began again, shortening the distance between them as he continued towards her, “If it’s any consolation, even if you think he doesn’t like you…know that I do.”
Jungkook was never one to express his emotions sincerely, in any way. But over the course of the few months she had grown to know him, she realized she had the ability to bring out those feelings from him, and he, although disliking his openness with her during the beginning, was too captivated with her difference from the others that he couldn’t help it.
She chuckled, bringing up a hand to tuck the stray piece of hair hanging loosely over her forehead, behind her ear.
“I’m flattered, wow,” she lightly mocked him, keeping her eyes on his. The lack of distance between them was enough to get her heart rate to quicken again, and she immediately opted to change the subject before she could make a fool out of herself.
“So, how was your trip? Was it any good?” She scrunched her nose, making her way to the bench at the foot of his bed. She opted not to bring up his aunt for the time being. Too embarrassing, too distressing.
He sighed, cocking his head to the side, “I would’ve rather spent those four weeks here, with you.”
No matter how many times she attempted to brush off his minor flirtations, she couldn’t help the way her stomach whirled when he addressed in such a way.
He continued however, before she had any more time to dwell on those thoughts, “Speaking of which, what did you do while I was gone?”
He walked over to the table perched beside the window, holding his bag which she presumed carried his clothing.
She shrugged, raising her brows, “Nothing much. Maria kept me company. I would’ve liked to head into town to meet some new people, but no one would let me.”
He looked at her over his shoulder, sending her a soft look, “Is that so? I have to make sure to take you then.”
“It’s alright,” she laughed, as he chuckled along with her and resumed unpacking the contents of his bag.
“Here, let me help,” she suddenly stood up, feeling the urge to unpack with him. She walked over to his form, her arms digging into his bag and brushing against one of his hands in the process.
“It’s fine, don’t worry. I’ve got it.”
“No, it’s okay. I want to help,” her eyes looked up at his, sending a small pleading gaze. The dull lighting of the moonlight emitting from the window illuminated his face, and the way he stared at her made her knees weak.
“How about we leave the unpacking for tomorrow,” he offered, buttoning up the bag before setting it down near his closet.
She let out a quiet ‘oh’, pressing her lips together once more, a recurring habit she noticed she couldn’t control when she became a little too flustered. He faced her once he finished, shaking his head to rid the strands of hair away from his eyes before walking over the bed bench, sitting and resting his back on the bed’s cushiony surface. He let out a soft groan, as he stretched his arms over his head, exposing the small line of skin from underneath his dress shirt.
She averted her eyes from his body, instead letting them dart around the room nervously before finally finding some courage and clearing her throat.
“Why didn’t you tell me…?”
He stopped, eyes landing on hers, “What do you mean?”
“You left…why didn’t you tell me?”
His expression softened, an earnest but hesitant glint in his eyes shone before she heard him breathe out and clasp his hands together.
“You were healing. I didn’t want to bother you.”
“Jungkook…” she sighed, shifting her attention to his feet to avoid his gaze.
“Your wounds, how are they?” He suddenly asked, escaping the topic of his departure completely and focusing on her abdomen instead. She shrugged her shoulders at his off tangent question, but nodded briefly.
“They’re fine. I’m fine.”
He was purposely avoiding this topic. She knew once they’d start, both of them would end up in an awkward state. The man was getting married, how could she bring that up?
Feeling the protruding nerves nestling into the nooks and crannies in her mind, she crossed her arms and nudged her head towards his bed, “I think you should rest…you’re definitely tired from traveling and it’s already late…I should get back to my room.”
As she began shuffling towards the door, he swiftly stood up, his voice stopping her, “You can stay, if you’d like.”
Her breathing grew heavy, and she prepared herself to look at the luring expression that would be on his face. Sure enough, those dark eyes were drawing her in.
His black hair fell in meticulous, perfect strands over his forehead, and he licked his lips, “I want you to stay.”
“I don’t…I’m not sure your uncle would –”
“I don’t care what he’d say. I know you don’t either.”
The gaze he was sending her grew much darker, and if she knew any better, she was sure it was full of genuine desire. She let out a shaky breath, clasping her arms over her chest before looking down.
“I do…want to stay…but –”
“Then stay, young one. Don’t think so much.”
Her body froze over his words, though her insides were burning with fire. She felt too hot and too cold all at once. But no matter how much she denied that this was definitely not a good idea, the thought of spending the night with him overpowered her mind, and she hesitantly submitted her willingness to him.

//blankets
you woke up this morning not able to move an inch.
it took you all of about six seconds to realize that it was due to the fact that there was a warm, black haired boy lying essentially on top of you. his arms wrapped tightly around your waist, legs intertwined with yours and head caccooned into your neck.
soft tired breathes were puffed on your skin and you smiled in the morning light of the disheveled bed room, reaching over to run your fingers through the sleeping boys dyed hair.
you always liked watching yoongi sleep, as creepy as it sounds, and you didn’t get to do it nearly enough. half the time he was huddled away in his studio with the rest of his band and the other half he would be away on tour, in front of millions of people that were just not you.
on the rare occasion that he was home with you, the first couple days were always spent catching up on sleep which you were more than happy to let him do. you knew how busy his schedule was and how precious sleep became to a non stop working man.
after a few moments of your hands in his hair, you felt him stir slightly and blink one eye open slowly. a small smile crept over his face when he saw you but it was quickly washed away once he realized you had woken him up from his oh so precious sleep.
“stop touching my hair” yoongi groaned, his voice laced with tiredness. he snuggled himself down further into your shoulder and gave an annoyed sigh.
“i know you like it so shut up you lazy oaf” you whispered back to him in his ear, tugging on his hair a little harder making him whine and jump slightly.
“how did you sleep last night?” you asked quietly, playing with one of the hands that held onto your waist.
“Well I had miss. blanket stealer over here so it felt like the arctic circle all night long” yoongi joked.
you scoffed, moving away from him to get a proper look at his face. “stop feeding me lies! i had to wake you up four times because you were hogging them up.”
yoongi smirked knowing you were absolutely right. “yeah, yeah, whatever. come back here. im cold.”
yoongi gave you no time to argue back as his hands grabbed your waist, pulling you back into what felt like home.
with your head pressed against his warm chest, you peered up at him to see his brown eyes already lingering on yours.
“i love you” you whispered up to him, leaning closer to give a small peck to his waiting lips.
“ew, leave me alone you fiend” yoongi’s face contorting into fake repulsion, his head tilting back.
“i take it back, i hate you. get your own freaking blankets.” you grumbled back, flipping yourself so your back was to him, and making sure to take all the blankets with you.
within seconds you felt the bed dip and yoongi come gliding closer to you, your back pressing against his chest tightly.
“i love you more” he whispered gently, leaning forward and lightly giving you a peck on the cheek. “now give me back the damn blankets”.

Mafia! Jungkook「someone hurts you II + he talked about you」a violence-fluff version
regretting the idea of combining these two, but i hope you like it!🤧💓💞💗💖
read pt. i here
⚠️ blood, knife, blood, knife, wounds, violence, lots of swearing
Jungkook went alone, as he said. His mind was clouded with nothing but hatred and revenge. The front guard was nothing for him, only minor scratches and bruises.
“I thought I made myself clear enough. Stay away from my things.”
“Sorry, I didn’t know she was yours.” a middle age man turned his chair around. Jungkook remember his face clearly.
“Don’t fucking pretend. Did you forget what it feels like to have one of your eyes blinded?”
“Of course not. I’m used to living with one eye by now. But sometimes the pain came out of no where and I just feel like killing you.”
“Don’t make me regret letting you alive.”
“You should.”
Jungkook wasn’t the best when it comes to restraining himself from having someone else’s blood on his hand. You remembered walking into his and Jimin’s fight to stop him from killing his right hand man.
“Please, please. Mr. Jeon. Have mercy on me.”
“I thought you are going to kill me?”
Jungkook wasn’t in his best mood, of course. The thought of the knife on your abdomen raged him. He took out the knife, and with no hesitation, cut through the man’s other eye. His scream- his prayer- was nothing to his ear, as if he didn’t hear any of it.
“Live with that.”
Jungkook walked up the stairs, walking out from the old buildings. It was already dark.
I was late.
Jungkook started to feel pain on his thigh only when he almost reached home.
“Fuck, Jungkook.” Jimin was waiting in front of the gate.
“Yo, hyung.” right after he raised one of his hand, Jungkook lost his balanced and fell on his knees.
“What the hell happen to you?”
“Long story short, He is now totally blind.” he smirked.
“Moron.” but he smiled back, before helping him.
“Damn, Jeon Jungkook. Look at you, coming back alive half dying.” Jimin brought him to Seokjin.
“Can you help me with this?” he removed the cloth he has kept on pressing on his thigh. A big knife wound.
“Sit.”
Jimin left the room and left both of them alone. Jungkook was staring blankly at the wall while Jin cleaned his wound.
“You kill him?” Jin started, breaking off the silence.
“No.”
“Kind.”
“I know. I should have.”
“Knowing that it’s you, you wouldn’t just leave him like that. What did you do actually?”
“Another eye.”
“Jesus, Jungkook.” Jungkook’s lips formed a tired smile followed with a sigh. He leaned on the chair and brought his arm to cover his eyes.
“Is she okay?”
“I gave her painkillers, the pain will be okay for now. Oh, and sleeping pills too. She was looking for you when she woke up approximately two hours ago. I told her to go to sleep and you’ll be back shortly, but she couldn’t. So-“
“Will she be okay, hyung?”
“She will.” The older one tried to comfort him.
Jin loved it whenever he showed that caring side of his. Not only to you, but everyone near him. Jungkook might be known as a blood thirst killer in the underworld, but he was also a man who painfully yearned for love, friendship and companionship.
“Sometimes, I don’t understand why people go for her. I thought by letting people know she is mine will ended up protecting her. I guess it was another way around.”
“It was just him, Jungkook.”
“It was firstly him, hyung. More will come, for sure, and I can’t risk myself losing her.” Jungkook raised his voice a little.
“I don’t want to go back to those time when I don’t have her in my life.”
Jin understood that sentence very well.
“I don’t even want to imagine.”
“You are over thinking, Jeon Jungkook.”
“I indeed am, because I am putting my life here. I am protecting my home, the person who I can tell everything to, the person that will embrace me and refused to let go before making sure that every single fucking pieces of me have come back together.”
“I love her, hyung. Way more than anything.”
Jin knew this is an understatement Jungkook loves you with all he has, but he couldn’t say anything as what he said was indeed, true.
“She calms the storm in me. She sees museums when I only see empty hallways. She was beautiful. She was everything I have ever prayed for. And the thought of losing all of that-“
Jin swore that he could see tears trickled down his cheeks.
“Hyung?”
“Yes?”
“Why do you think she decided to stay with me? Do you think she regretted her decision? She could have anyone in her life, and she decided to stay with me. A broken man with nothing but blood on his hand.”
Before Seokjin could answer him, your soft voice echoed through the room. Your eyes filled with tears as you’ve been standing behind the door, listening to the whole conversation.
“Because a broken man needs fixing. Because someone needs to collect all of those broken pieces together and formed them into one once again, or else the broken man won’t function. And I stay because of that, I stay because I think I am doing a pretty good job on fixing my broken man.”
Jungkook’s eyes widened when he saw your weak figure leaning onto the door while smiling at him.
She indeed calms his storm, Jin thought.
“I have never once regretted my decision, Jeon Jungkook. I hope, you too.”
This is why he loves you.
his hyungs: *feels a slightest bit amount of insecurity about themselves* jungkook: well wait a minute!!!!
