I'm about to be TEA this school year.

if you're not black, y'all are not going to understand this feeling, like I'm high key giddy right now.

Share something that you accomplished this summer?

I never truly lose. I either grow, I learn, or I become stronger from it. I am learning that every situation that comes into my life has something to teach me.

Instead of seeing everything as a punishment, I choose to ask myself, “What is this teaching me?” I trust that God and my guardian angels are always working in my favor, guiding me, protecting me, and helping me learn how to carry myself better moving forward.

From now on I'm never going to sleep with negative energy. I'm tired of it and it doesn't help me get up in the morning.

I will release the negative energy: I would write the negative energy on a piece of paper and burn it (please be careful. I'm not trying to influence underage kids to burn things please don't do it!) then I would take a shower and in the shower I would say

"I call all my power and energy back from all people, places and situations that have that have been stealing it without my consent now. I give back anything energy thats not mine to carry."

Then I would wake up the next day, using that pain to drive me to success. I would use that pain and turn it into some sort of motivation to complete a goal or a task. I will never let a negative emotion or pain stop motion in my life.
