I feel pure rage. All I want to do is yell at and kick and punch the thing/person that's making me mad and make it/them feel useless. But I feel too trapped to do any of that so I swallow my rage and sit there with a huge angry knot in my stomach, fight away tears, and take deep breaths like i just came out of the water and need air.
