~ Paleo Pancakes (I know, I’m obsessed) ~
What you need:
Banana
Two eggs
Cinnamon
Toppings of choice (optional)
The How To:
Mash Banana in bowl
Add cinnamon to mashed banana (stir in)Â
Add two whole eggs to banana & cinnamon (stir in)
Wa-hoo! You now have (a very healthy) pancake mix.Â
Make like pancakes in a pan (medium-low heat)Â
Serve & add topping of your choice

This is motivating. Today I wanted to give up so many times on the treadmill, but I stuck with it. This is a visual reminder that my body is changing and will get better with time.

Hitting your UGW (and body) isn't just going to magically happen this year. You are going to have to work for it. I mean REALLY work for it. Stay on track, eat clean, train mean and you will see the results you want. Hold yourself accountable for what you put into your mouth and what you do with your time. If you spend all your time online or doing other things that don't include exercise, then don't expect results. You get what you put in. So, for 2013, stop making excuses, stop eating shit, stop feeling sorry for yourself and go work your ass off for the body and life you have always wanted. End of story. Now go make the most of 2013!
