Food || Improvisation at it's best! I forgot to make my lunch last night and was aimlessly wandering around Morrison's trying to avoid the pre-packaged sandwiches and the crisps. I succeeded by opting for a microwave pouch of rice with sun dried tomatoes and some tikka chicken from the hot meat counter. A splodge of spicy relish and the job was a gooden!! Absolutely delicious and I have a low fat yogurt for this afternoon! - Maybe my positive attitude will counter balance the piece of lemon cake I had at 11am?!?!?!?! *keeping positive* Bx

Food || Skinny Cappuccino! Because coffee is my life source! Plus how cute is the heart??? ️I stuck to my meal plan despite a slight wobble that may or may not have consisted of 3 quality streets and a bag of quavers! But I'm not beating myself up about it and having a strop whilst scoffing a Big Mac because "what's the point??" So at least that's an improvement!! Baby steps!!! ;-) Bx

Food || Beef & Broccoli Goodness! It was a loooooong crappy day at work, I was tired, cold and grumpy but this was a pretty good end to it!! • 500g Diced Beef • Broccoli • A sliced pepper • An onion • 1 Nest of Noodles • 2 tbsp Soy sauce • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli • tsp of Honey • Juice of a lime (Serves one grumpy girl and her very hungry boyf!) In an attempt to stay fuller for longer I've upped what I'm having for lunch and this week I've gone for microwave rice, salmon and avocado! However I didn't think through my very garlicky chilli sauce as I'm now inflicting my smelly lunch on the rest of my team in the office!!! Oopps!!!! Bx

January for me (like many people) was filled with cold gloomy days and ignoring all those wonderful New Years resolutions I made rashly on January the first in a hangover fuelled frenzy! However now it's February. And I'm still where I was a month ago. I've decided it's not good enough. If there is one thing I can do its start a healthy eating plan and then abandon it for maccy d's on day 4. - Not this time! I have my 25th birthday in 98 days, my friend's wedding in 189 days and (hopefully) a scorching hot holiday in 212. I refuse to spend another summer hiding away from cameras and covering up by the pool! It's GO time!! And I'm going to bore the Internet with it while I'm at it!!!!! *feeling apprehensive* Bx

I like to doodle on the train to and from Uni. It keeps me entertained and helps me pass the time! Today I've decided that the doodles I draw might as well go to a good home instead of just sitting in my notebook! So when I finish them in going to leave them on the train with my blog address on the back. Just see if I hear from anyone who finds them! Either way it will be fun and will encourage me to finish the doodles!! So keep your eyes peeled on trains around the Midlands! Bx

It's the first time my nails haven't been white in a while but you know what? I'm loving it! Bx

It's my cousin's wedding on Saturday and I am praying to the nail gods that nothing happens to this mani before then!! I have a little UV lamp so I do my own gels and they are fab but if the odds are not in your favour and you have a nail-tastrophe then they are a buggar to get off and then re-do. So all fingers and toes crossed that these bad boys survive the rest of the week! Bx

GET.IN.MY.FACE! Meringue nest filled with delicious strawberries! 1pps and freaaaaaking amazing! Slight down side... I got all over excited and dropped strawberry down my cream top! *sobs* But never mind... It's nearly hump day! Mid-week here we come!! Bx

This chocolatey bad boy was 12pps!!!!! But it was totally worth it!! *dives into chocolatey heaven* Part of a delicious "dine in for two" from Tescos! I had no idea that they did this deal! I thought it was only M&S but apparently not! A main for 2, a side for 2, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine/ 6pack of coke for £10!!! What a bleeding bargain!! The main was a little on the small size for my other half who has the appetite of a horse but apart from that it was bloody lovely!! Bx
