#this quote will forever get me #because reporter goes on about how brad thinks he’s more superior (and in some ways he is) #he talks about him being THE alpha#he talks about him sneering down at command #he talks about brad’s trust issues and his snark and his general annoyance of most things #but then you have nate#someone who brad trusts and respects and looks for when shit hits the fan #he communicates with nate; listens to him; works with him #and they bicker because they both care; they fight with their eyes as to not upset the men #brad becomes terse with nate and nate understands his anger #but even when brad is mad and annoyed he never lets nate put himself down #‘i trust your judgment’ for brad is him saying he’d follow nate into any battle because he knows nate is good #because he trusts nate’s mind and his heart #its long stares and heavy silences; barbed words and little gifts #its brad understanding nate and believing in him when nate doesn’t believe in himself
