"You're All Nuisances!"

Yuzu took a step back from Yuri as he entered the room. Yuzu shook her head. “NEVER! I’d rather die than go to Academia!” Yuzu protested. 

“No where left to run, little Mouse.“

Yuzu turned around when the door opened. Her body was shaking from fear and she had no other place left to hide. She was prepared to fight to escape from him. 

Yuzu heard him coming up the stairs. She covered her mouth to quiet her breathing and stayed silent so Yuri wouldn’t hear her. She closed her eyes and prayed for him to go away.

Oh well. It was more fun this way.

“Obliterate them, my dragon. Leave nothing in your wake.“ And with that the monster vanquished the security guards’ monsters, leaving the three men unarmed and vulnerable and Yuri approaching them with the same vicious smile as before. Without a single word, his duel disk lit up and consumed the guards, the lights manifesting into cards and falling onto the floor.

Yuzu watched the entire scene from the upstairs window. She slowly stepped away so she couldn’t bear to look at the horror. She leaned against the bedroom door and did her best to stay quiet. 

“Unfortunately for you, I don’t have time to deal with small fry.“ He snapped his duel disk on his arm and drew his ace card in his hand, sneer becoming a malicious smile. “You have ten seconds to move aside before I card you for getting in my way.“

Oh well. It was more fun this way.

His card glowed a bright violet color, and he knew she was drawing near. She wouldn’t be able to fend him off, because she sure couldn’t the first time. That’s why, just like the other two girls, she decided to run.

Now to see how far that would take her.

Yuri stopped by an old abandoned house, worn with time and mold. Could she be in there? His card and instincts said yes, but there was only one way to find out. He calmly walked over and opened the rusty door with ease, smirk never leaving his lips.

“You’re good at this game, I’ll give you that much. But I’m sure you just ran out of places to run to.“

Yuzu had run upstairs when she heard the door start to open. Security had caught the Fusion user trying to enter the house. “What do you think you are doing?” one officer asked. Yuzu’s heart was beating even faster. Not only was Yuri here, but Security was here to arrest her.
