This isn’t a recent photo but I wanted to share something! I know I’ve been inactive with my IG for the past couple of years and I just wanted to talk about that. IT’S NOTHING SERIOUS, haha. I’m not dying or dealing with anything heavy, far from it actually. I just changed. My priorities two years ago at 22 was having fun with my friends, going to the bar nearly every night, and taking photos for likes because social media can be a world that we create for ourselves and in my world at the time, I had nothing to show except for a few thousand followers online but then something did happen to me two years ago that was serious and it made me start focusing on real life. I decided to get a “real” job and my priority changed from how life can look to how my life should look. Nowadays, I have everything I could reasonably hope for. I closed a lot of myself off and stopped sharing as much online but my life is the best it has ever been. I’m 24 and I just bought my first house! It’s not uncommon but I didn’t think I could ever make it this far with where I started just a couple years ago. It has been a struggle to care about the internet when my entire life exists offline though. Eventually, I think I will start posting more frequently but about the things I really care about and not what I think you all want to see.🙃 sorry I’ve been so boring, conforming to adulthood will do that to ya but thank you all for continuing to follow me or recently following me. 🖤

Hi. There are times where young girls will message me after I post a photo like the above and they’ll ask how they can make their body look like mine. I remember how insecure I was when I was younger, I desperately just wanted to be thin - that’s it. No matter what I did, my body never looked like the bodies of people I admired. As years have passed, I’ve learned to accept my body and stopped being obsessed with the idea of having no fat and I’m not so shy about what I have or don’t have anymore. I don’t look anything like the girls I follow(ed) and IT IS OK. All bodies are different! All can be celebrated! I have no tits and I love it! Your body is yours and it doesn’t have to look like mine or anyone else’s if you just try to be the best version of yourself. Sometimes all it takes is a lot of self love to improve your self esteem. 🖤 PS - I’m not using this caption as an excuse to post a butt pic. I do this often without reason.
