that's a mental change you have to make, you have to make an effort to do small things that cause you "laziness" and when you do them congratulate yourself for it. start going out of your comfort zone and think about what you would like to do and do it! even if it's something small like i said. do something new every day to break with laziness. just do things you don't usually do. and of course, create a routine adapted to your current circumstances.
