It’s certainly possible without any programming skills, since I started making fractals long before I learned how to code, and many fractal artists are completely unfamiliar with the world of software development.As for fractal making, however, there’s no other way - you have to download the program (from ultrafractal.com if you want to use my main program, but it’s paid for; otherwise you can download Apophysis for free from apophysis.xyrus-worx.org) and play with it. DeviantArt offers a good few starting tutorials, especially for Apophysis. Practice a lot and you will learn!

Thank you :)The textures are a mix of overlay black and white layers with variations of the S.F.M.B. II algorithm applied to a Pixel formula.
