I wish I could tell you it’s possible for me to change and you’d believe it. For now I’ll accept it.

I can’t change your perception of me, but I hope when you think of me, you remember my heart. All that I am. I never meant to hurt you, there is no I’ll intent.

You stopped being honest with me first.

I am healing, I am growth, I am love.

I wish I was strong enough to tell you how I felt. Strong enough to tell you that you made me believe in love. That I wanted forever with you.

How could you ever want someone so insecure, so broken. I lost control. You forgot that I needed love too.

I wish there was grace in your heart for me, I pray one day there will be.

Maybe it was all a lie?

Maybe it makes me feel better to think so?

Now you aren’t even bothering to be kind to me? Do I deserve to be crucified because through my trauma lens im flawed.

Im imperfect, and that’s okay. You don’t find me worthy of amends, and that’s okay.

That night was so impulsive, I feel so disassociated with it.
