The chill of the downpour seemed to catch up to the small frame of the unknown person before him — the question earned his delectably acerbic laughter, and it leaves an unpleasant taste in his mouth. It’d taken every ounce of his being to bite back the malicious utterances resting at the tip of his tongue. He never mistook curiosity for compassion. There’s a glint within her stare that renders him speechless, not that it was difficult to do to begin with. The contours of her mouth upturn into a smile, sickeningly pleasant in a way that triggers the reminiscences which soured him now. She was meant to carry a smile on her mouth, and it suited her, but the collision of conflicting prospects wrestling in his head weighed upon him, and the world seemed to crumble beneath his feet. He’d wished it would swallow him too, but that’d be asking more than it could give him - that seemed to be his problem, anyhow. Droplets stain his face, the cool kiss of wind worsening the direction of precipitation and it tears him from the recollections.

Virescent gaze returns to her, and numbness returns to make its home in his dead skin. The gathering of thoughts, the fixation on never speaking out of turn follows him, and the inquiry shines through her eyes, as if she’s compelled to repeat herself. Finally, composure arrives, and the words escaped in a tenor he couldn’t recognize.

Does she need something from him? The question catches the star off guard and green eyes widen slightly as a response --- she, of course, is not the best when it comes to social interactions and the man before her doesn't appear to want to deal with her ( or anyone for that matter ). It's only after a beat of silence that the blonde realizes she's yet to answer his question and flush creeps on her cheeks; she's embarrassed by how rude she's acting.

Her gaze falls to the ground, fingers picking away at the thin fabric of her dress; she's not the best at keeping eye contact, either -- & she's very aware of how rude is it, but the timid little thing can't seem to help it -- especially with all the power this one is giving off. It's just a bit intimidating. The star spares a glance upwards at the man and offers him her best smile before trying to speak again.

if my understanding is correct, folx from 4chan are spamming these tags with irl gore images and other extremely triggering content, so be aware and avoid them as needed friends.

Okay, gang, here’s my understanding of the situation—

Some 4chan users have decided to load up various popular tumblr tags with gorey, gruesome, triggering, and all around terrible imagery and things. This is apparently to get back at some tumblr users who attempted to “invade” 4chan. Here’s another post with more info and other tags to avoid.

So, basically, keep out of the popular tags for awhile, folks. And maybe just avoid searching through the tags, in general.

Spread the word. Even if you don’t have triggers (or don’t think you do) I suggest avoiding the searches and also alerting your followers and friends for their benefit as well.
