Chest pulse and Heart sound in the end

I held a wall sit for as long as possible, and recorded my heart and breathing during it. These were the results. Enjoy :)

Relax heart

(Lots of) caffeine plus (lots of) jumping jacks equals a visibly racing heart. How does it look and sound? I thought I heard an S3 at points when I moved the stethoscope to my apex… do you hear it too?

Finally let my heart rest. Longing for someone to lay his head on my chest right now 🫀 (check out the huge neck pulse!)

this is an old video that was deep in my gallery. this is an old friend that i used to record his heartbeat 4 years ago. he had a natural skipping heartbeat as a basketball athlete. even when he’s resting, his heart skips non-stop everyday. but yeah enjoy this minute long video! he had just came from running, hence why his heart was pounding. plus it being HELLA VISIBLE is a plus.
