Tachy and extremely visible heartbeat 🥵 If you placed your hands on my chest you could feel my whole heart's shape. It felt amazing 🫀

Fast heartbeat after squats! 🫀

Recorded my heart thumping softly and fast right after working out. It wasn't pumping hard and extra visible as usual, but was still making the stethoscope gently thump on my chest 🫀

Very good question. To be honest, I think my choice would depend on who the other person is. If I felt good vibes, a real connection, or physical attraction, I’d probably go straight for their heart and be the one listening. Otherwise, I’d rather let them listen to mine.

I was about to go and have my swim workout. I decided to add some "chemical" warm up before leaving 🤤 My heart rate during the actual workout has been around 15bpm higher than usual 🫀

Hey! Not as much as I’d want to, but yeah I alternate swimming with strength workout 2/3 times a week. I wish i was more consistent but hey, life is challenging me lately 😅

My heart can't help but change it's pace. Every breath, every slight movement of my body just triggers it. I think this is super fascinating 🫀
