Hope you all are doing well and staying safe inside! It's been a long time now that I've been active on posts and even in my stories I've been irregular, but I'm back now and I really missed being here, in my wellness space! Exactly one year back I started posting seriously and made some significant changes in my lifestyle and daily habits. Of course it's been a roller coaster ride for me Like everyone else Some weeks I feel good I have a perfect sleep wale cycle everything is on track and the next week I might be overloaded with work or not in good mood causing less sleep and sitting all day, skipping the workouts or to do the things I really like! But through all of it I'm still learning I'm still trying to improve And most of all I don't give up But if you don't keep your efforts consistent it all might go in vein! So, that's my goal for September To inculcate habit changes as a lifestyle and have resilience! What's yours?
