thinking about mar's voice progression not necessarily in relation to his transness but in how the blight affects it. i do think his voice was rather smooth before everything; not hitting that full, noticable grate until around inquisition where from then on it only gets worse. veilguard era is when it is absolutely shot and he likely sounds nothing like what he used to.
