Eyes slightly narrowed and muscles tensed. If he was going to keep running into weird people, he might actually have to consider staying at the hotel room instead of wandering the dark, lonely streets of Colombia. Then again, that would just hit his ego in ways he didn’t even want to think about.

One moment in Republic City, take a wrong turn and you end up in an entirely different one, or so it seemed. Now she was lost in a place that didn't look very much up to standards, and nothing looked right. Especially the dodgy looking boy staring at her, which she didn't bother questioning, only returning the stare. She could only guess it was because she didn't look like she fitted in with the crowd, though she found everybody else's clothes strange in return.

He let a taut exhale escape his lips as he heard the bratty Avatar in-training fired out her rather biting remarks. Then again, her snappish behavior wasn’t anything out of the ordinary; if anything, he had grown accustomed to it. “Well, well. Looks like somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed,” he said, giving a nonchalant shrug. “And you can save your earthbending and catapulting skills for later, during our upcoming match.”

"Not on the wrong side, just too early." Korra explained, not realising until now that she had actually been rather cranky from all of these times of having to get up early. Perhaps it had been the reason why her witty comebacks were not so witty and more like lashing out. Plus, maybe the lack of practicing for the next pro-bending match was another reason for her anger. "If I'm only allowed to use waterbending in the match then how can I catapult anybody into the sky? Well, I guess Bolin will have to do it for me."
