He listened to it again. Just to hear her voice, the voice he hadn't heard in years.

'Hey.Chris.It's Cassandra.Cassandra Lee. I know we haven't talked in years and you probably don't remember who I am. But if you do, I'd like to meet up, I'm back in town. And I'm staying this time. If you want to meet up, come to LEE DELL'S bar. I miss you. Bye Chris, love you.'

How could he forget her. The girl he grew up with, trained with. They were like siblings, inseparable, two peas in a pod. LEE DELL'S bar. He had seen that on his way home. Home. Lee was her last name. But who's was Dell? He pressed on the next voicemail.

'Hey Chris. It's Cassandra again. I heard about the whole Peacemaker thing. I'm proud of you by the way. All that training wasn't for nothing. I also heard that you got arrested and you're serving a 30-year sentence. So if you're listening to this, you've probably found a way out. I'm still in town. Like I said before come to LEE DELL'S bar. Me and my friend own it, so you get free beer. I miss you. Bye Chris, love you.'

'I miss you too.' The man said to no one in particular. That was an emotional roller-coaster. After listening to Vigilante's excited voicemails compared to Cassandra's ones. Next thing he heard was the sound of a gun cocking. 'Stay right where you are, Smith!' A woman exclaimed whilst holding up her gun at him.

A trained killer since birth.Her father wasn't from Earth but her mother was. Maybe that's why she got along better with her mother, or maybe she got along better with her because she didn't make her kill people from such a young age. Her father on the other hand, gave her a gun and a emerald dagger for her 6th birthday. He trained her almost everyday for year after year.

Her father introduced her to Christopher Smith when she was a young girl. Her first friend. A person who she could relate to. Someone who had been trained just like her. After that, you never saw one without the other, they were inseparable. This didn't stop even when Chris made another friend. Gut Chase. Gut thought the world of Cassandra. Always teaching her new things and calming her down when her anxiety got too bad.

But Gut and Chris couldn't always help her. Adrian did. Adrian Chase, Gut's younger brother. Cassandra cherished him with all of her heart. She talked to him about...everything and anything. They helped each other with their "mental problems".

Adrian had liked Cassandra since a young age. She always included him. She wouldn't make fun of him for playing D&D, she would play it with him, no matter how much Chris and Gut made fun of them. Not that they knew it, they were falling in love with eachother.

But everything started to fall apart.

When Cassandra had just turned 16, her parents got arrested. The girl had to go live in a different country with her Grandmother. She had to leave everything, everyone behind. When she told Chris,Gut and Adrian, they were distraught. Chris and Gut were losing their little sister and Adrian was losing to the love of his life (not that he knew that she was).

So she moved to England to live with her Grandmother. Cassandra didn't stop her training, she couldn't! It was part of her daily routine by now, but it hurt knowing that she wouldn't be training with her father, mother or Chris.

Sure. Cassandra moved on. She had boyfriends, girlfriends, partners. But she couldn't get that goofy,nerdy boy out of her head. The boy that she realised she was in love with far too late...
