There's something that I have never understood as a 1D/Harry Styles fan. Why is it that people are more inclined to believe the conspiracy theory that Harry and Louis were in love, but management wouldn't let them date as if that would "damage" the band's image (??? seriously how does that even make sense, I can't find one good reason why their management would do something like that) than to believe that Harry and Taylor were not a PR stunt?

I'm not saying this as a haylor shipper (I loved them separately before they were together and I love them separately now that they aren't anymore), I'm genuinely asking this as a Harry Styles fan. I saw a tiktok (it has 3 parts) about how Harry was portrayed as a womanizer and a "ladies man" from the very first day of 1D (when he was 16) and the heartbreaking songs he wrote during the "frat boy" era (lovelovelove.h on tiktok, she explained it so well and it is indeed so messed up). I agreed with everything in those tiktoks, however at the end of the 3rd part she was talking about Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart, which Harry wrote in 2013, and how the only way that that song makes sense is if Harry and Louis dated. And you know what? If I didn't listen to 1989 maybe I wouldn't understand it either, but considering that there's a WHOLE album about Harry out there, written from the perspective of someone who actually dated him, aren't the fans at least a bit curious to listen to it? Like how can you say it was a fake relationship when someone wrote a whole album about it and if you add Harry's songs and the things they did in 2013-2014 - such as Harry buying a damn house (just like Taylor told Rolling Stone when talking about I Wish You Would) in Beverly Hills 5 minutes from Taylor's and then selling it so quickly when Taylor and Calvin got kinda serious - it actually makes sense? And without any kind of conspiracy theory added??

It really feels like they would rather create this whole new storyline for Harry and Louis, when there's a story that makes sense without adding anything to it.
