Living with anxiety and depression is like a constant war within yourself; knowing deep inside what is true, but anxiety and depression not letting you believe it.

Don’t go back to your old ways. Toxic habits, people, and energy always try to come back when you’re doing better. Stay focused.

So many people in this world have trust issues because people say “I’m here for you” & then run away as soon as things start to fall apart.

One day, whether you are 14, 28 or 65, you will stumble upon someone who will start a fire in you that cannot die. However, the saddest, most awful truth you will ever come to find - is they are not always with whom we spend our lives.

The person who defines your understanding of love is not inherently different than anyone else, and they’re often just the person you happen to meet the first time you really, really want to love someone. But…for the rest of your life, they will control how you feel about everyone else.

Feeling so alone in a world full of so many people is the absolute worst feeling.
