i find it so funny that teddy and owen have a 20 year long friends to lovers trope, both are deeply traumatized by their past and that brings a deep kind of complexity to their characters (even if it's not well explored), their kid is probably trans or at least gnc, they'll get a polyamorous arc developing teddy's bisexuality and how you can be in love with/feel attracted to multiple people at the same time and SOMEHOW they manage to be the lamest couple grey's anatomy has going on right now
